I bought an Asus Motherboard, got the code and the redemption site won't work, any suggestions?

I bought a mobo from amazon, it says amazon sends the email 3 days after it's delivered, I sent an email to amazon and they sent me a code. Idk why it says on asus that the distributors can't claim for the costumers, yet amazon kinda did? confused but I got the code, I didn't try it yet tho and will sell it I guess
I bought after those dates, 2 of them, even u're only able to claim 1 per person, I got both of them, even I select germany, and I bought from croatia from amazon.de which is in germany, so if mine worked urs will too, just send email and go claim itOrdered an Asus 1970 yesterday and received the code via email from Overclockers UK but upon checking the website it's only valid on purchases from April 1 to June 25 yet still being advertised on the website
it says until that date + when out of stock, if they have in stock they still send
