Right I want a 20% discount, buy one get one free on hard drives and free same day delivery for tomorrow to Timbuktu!!!! If not I won't ****ing happy!!!! You lot always run these cons of offering something at a reduce price then slapping mental delivery costs on just to make some extra money :mad: :mad: *insert extra 'rage' here*





p.s hopefully I get some money later on so I can order a nice new hard drive(s), with the 5% discount obviously. :)
 
lol... just gone through some of the items I've been keeping an eye on over the last few days and none of them have gone up in price... not sure why people are making a fuss about the odd item that has.

Infact some have gone down i.e. the Gigabyte GTX470 SoC - was on this week only at £211 until wed when it reverted to ~£229 and about the time this 5% offer went up it dropped to £219.98.

You see its nice when someone like yourself comes along and actually says no prices have not changed, infact some have gone down.

Fact is this is a brilliant offer, there is no conspiracy but prices do change every day, sometimes up, sometimes down, but to have people threatening trading standard and conspiracies, I mean come on, get a grip and get off your high horses.

Anyway I want my bed.

So across our entire range of what 3000 products, a handful have changed price since yesterday, well get a grip prices change everyday if not hourly.

A graphics card has changed price, damn right that card has gone up were are new stock which arrived this week at a dollar rate of 1.53, we held our lower price whilst we had cheaper 1.58 dollar stock, that stock is now gone and were on more expensive stock, live with it.

Fact is today if I actually ran a report probably less than 50 products have changed in price out of a range of 2000+

The prices that changed today have changed irrelevent of any offer, they change because our cost moves around and if anyone here monitors exchange rates you will know full well over the last two weeks the dollar has fallen from nearly 1.60 down to 1.53, that makes things more expensive. This particular MSI card did change in price today because all the cheaper stock is now gone and were on the more expensive stock.

Its not a conspiracy, if that was the case we'd simply increase our entire product range in price.

This Week Only prices which are discounted are still the same, TODAY ONLY offers are still incredible value and this 5% discount applies to those as well.

Gibbo you and the team have come out with some CRACKING offers, especially since your return... Forget the wingers... I am currently trying to resist using the 5% discount and will have to get myself to the pub for 12:00 to help.. Whether that helps when I get back time will tell.

TO ALL WHINGERS....

if you truely are the "bargain hunters" you proffess to be, checking prices daily, you will know that small price fluctuations occurr on almost every website that sells pc parts. Always has been always will be...simple... We import most parts into this country so prices fluctuate....also simple.


If you want a bargain shop around... Someone offerring 5% will make them more competitive...simple... still doesn't force you to shop there or moan...lesson over...lol

Just trying to make my first purchase from the site and am very happy with the xmas offer.
Am buying a full system, when i get to checkout i enter the code and get 5% off, but unfotunately the delivery charges remain. I live in Yorkshire so am definately in the UK, so not sure why i'm still being charged delivery.
Can anyone help as the sales contact number doesn't appear to be working (not surprisingly)?

EDIT: Have just cleared basket and tried again, seems that i now get free DPD next day delivery, would kinda have liked Royal mail (since their depot is 10 mins from my house), but i'll take an extra £20 off. Thanks OCUK!

£167 for the HIS ATI Radeon HD 6870 1024MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card with FREE CODMW2 Game is just such a steal! but I can't help but wonder if it's worth paying the extra for the HIS ATI Radeon HD 6950!
