ok ive counted the weeks from last year to this year theres 52 payments all have been £149.50, now there £26 is missing, i cant make it more simple than that.

Exactly... So if you're getting paid by the week, you no longer have a yearly salary of £7800.

but the contract was for £650 a month 12 months = 1 year but they paid me weekly and done the calculation based on days in a year.

Why don't you take this up with your payroll dept during office hours instead of spending your saturday night wasting time with people who couldn't help you out even if by some miricle they agreed with you?

The contract was £650 per month for 12 months= 650x 12 = £7800 (52 weekly payments of £150 = £7800)but they started to pay me weekly 52 payments when in of £149.50 = £7774.

Now they said they add it all up and calculated the daily rate and convert it into a week.
