agreedI've just backed this looks better than battalion![]()
So if they didnt make the original price what makes you think they can make the game for half>??
Dear Backers,
.
We're halfway to our goal, with half of the campaign left to go. In the past two weeks, we’ve been Greenlit, fleshed out our modding tools and gotten invaluable feedback from all of you. We are immensely grateful to all of you who pledged, shared our campaign, and even spammed journalists on twitter with us.
Lately the funding hasn't been coming in as quickly as we want, making it uncertain that we will hit our goal. After careful consideration we’ve decided to relaunch our Kickstarter Campaign effective immediately with a more focused goal and scope. This will ensure we hit our new funding goal quickly, so we can get back to finishing Days of War. We also have our stretch goals laid out in advance so you know what to expect should we exceed this goal.
Introducing the better, faster and cheaper Days of War Kickstarter Campaign:
Facts about the new campaign
The funding goal has been rescoped to $20k. The goal of the new campaign is to help us get to Steam Early Access on PC. This cash will go towards servers, completely redone sounds, and a new map based on the Carentan scene from Band of Brothers.
Due to the revised scope, console rewards have been removed. To all our console backers, we are not cancelling our plans to release on console, but with less funding it will delay our release timelines
The pricing of the reward tiers has been reduced drastically – see the page for details
The availability of specials perks and rewards has changed – see the page for details
Some stretch goals announced - see page for details
The new campaign will only be up for until the end of the month, ending April 1st.
The more funding we receive at this stage, the faster the game will be released and the more content we will have – so we hope you choose to back us again!
If not, we hope to see you in game soon! As a reminder, this has not changed our vision for Days of War in the slightest. It’s only altered our path to getting there and if anything given us greater focus.
Now it’s time for us to get back to work. We will still do our best to stay active in communicating with you all, but our key focus will continue to be delivering you a kickass WWII shooter this year.
I agree, 20k is a ridiculously low amount. Unless they have investor backing and doing the kick-starter for advertisement/ get the word out there, I wouldn't expect much game for that.

It's dodgy as **** ,not as the same level as Savarium though but $20K to make a game lol Wait 20 years for this game to be developed if you back this.
I don't think they making a game from scratch though. In the footage they have shown it seems they already have a solid baseline.
