I wish I didn't buy this game on release but it is starting to look a lot better now, if they add in some extra weapons and vehicles I reckon it will be getting closer to being beta.

ahh cool,

logged in last night and spawned on the beach just out side of berezino.

looted a few places, found a .22, plenty of ammo a mag. a bag and some clothes.

seen someone run past me who looked pretty geared. i hid in a tree hoping they didnt see me but they did.

they shot at me so i promptly legged it and ended up finding a familiar road which led me to krasnostav.

looted a few more places found nothing of significance and then logged off.
 
Gave this a go just now for an hour or two. On my own, so I stuck to looting all of the places where I know people hardly ever go in the far west/south west of the map. Been a while since I last played so it was good to see they seem to have sorted out loot spawns, the last time I played I must've found a whole Hunter Backpack full of food in one garage :o

Also came across two Repeater rifles and picked up a SPOSN Tortilla Backpack amongst other new items I didn't need. Best of all I came across the V3S which seemed to be spawned in the absolute middle of nowhere which saved me running all the way to Zelenogorsk :)

Looking at the DayZ Wiki it looks like I've missed quite a number of additions to the game or at least I haven't known about them being in game until now. MP-133, PM73 RAK, Steyr Aug, Repeater and Derringer come to mind.

Joined a busy pvp server last night with 3 others and killed quite a few before we all got killed by a hacker. :(

Had a big pile of guns including m4 and ak

Seems to be a common complaint now. A pal of mine loves DayZ but has stopped playing as he constantly gets killed by invisible hackers
 
just had a quick blast after 6ish months, definitely plays smoother now, about an hour on and didn't have any inventory issues.

Also met someone who didn't instantly axe my head in which was nice, we just said hello and he ran off.
 
Again 4 of us killed by invisible axe man ... This time while eating steak around a fire in the middle of know where on a half empty server.

Just feel like giving up on this.

Never seen a game with so many hackers.
