@JohnnyBods We disabled that for the launch, as we weren't sure the central server will handle strain

I wouldn't ignore those, as time went on the screen went all Nintendo graphics. Horrible.

Cant believe how stable it was for me last night. Really impressed!

Guys has anyone been down the Utes island yet. Its South east pas the light house.

Font is font... If that's all that people worry about then its looking promising! Gonna be so much fun seeing what the new updates and patches will bring!

Same here... I'm running an i7 920 on 7970 and it runs great... Even runs great when I stream. By all means look at my stream recordings.

And to the people who are saying "not much has been done since the mod".... REALLY?

They've had to completely revise the basic mechanics. The inventory system along with the early crafting system could never have been added to Arma 2!

The map has been re-done and whole new building designs.
 
Was telling the guys in chat earlier, whats nice atm is that i dont feel the total urge to play this 24/7, its in its very very early stages so is very basic... i.e 2 prime weapons, no real objectives, no tents etc etc.

Just nice to explore and get used to the surroundings. Looking forward to the on going patch building!

Also Zombies have slightly improved!
 
Gutted about private hives!

300+ vehicles, extra loot....

Can honestly say if this happens then my time in Dayz is finished. Why would i play a basic version when i can have all the gear i need! Server owners restarting to suit them.... MEH

I dont understand their logic with that one!

Sorry my opinion doesn't suit yours! I just don't want servers with endless loot along with server owners resetting to suit themselves.

Fair play witcher I thought you were a tidy guy... But that comment above is so ******* childish. I've not kept up with any intel technology since I bought my i7 920. At the time, BF3 was stuttering and could be fixed by turning of HT. How does that justify you telling me "I don't know what i'm talking about" when talking about games? So get over your self.... no personal attacks please
