My Christmas eve/day mission this year -


Was recently demoted to under the stairs from my computer room above. Now Dayz SA is out i'm gona reconnect the extra pc/screen. The good thing is I have a much better flat screen.

Cheers. Moving house in Q2 next year, will have a huge double bedroom to myself. Going to completely kit that out. Good thing is i'm putting up the timber framing and plaster boards so might sound proof the room also!

Do you me the video wall paper? Its Dayz live screen saver. Cant remember when I got it tbh!

I'm defo gona give it ago. Prefer to make an informed decision before passing judgement. Will mostly likely stream it at some point this week!

Cant get enough of Epoch atm, wish i'd got stuck into that soon. Funny How Franki1080 hasn't posted any SA videos tho hey!

We headed to the coast to pick our 2 new spawned friends up. We got complacent and was running up the road. Next thing you know we were picked off one by one. A sniper who was very accurate was sat on top of a building picking us off. I think we managed to get a couple of them but we all ended up dead. Such good fun.

The whole Dayz experience has been spread so widely lately.

I like Dayz yes, I believe Rocket can eventually do SA justice. Right now however the game is very very basic and boring!

Just be sure to read up on what an alpha actually is tho yeah, no need to look stupid.

You can gear up fully within 30mins... Just server hop to find gear. I went on the NWA - Berezino run, meh. Map has greatly improved tho, cant wait for more content!

Personally if I were you just come back and try out each new update.

YES TENTS NEED PLzz!!!! Need to store M4's, theres just not enough of them in game :D

/Runs to look for tents... Finds 30xM4, runs to next tent 20xM4 15xMosin.
NEEDS:

* More Guns + Attachments
* Combat logging
* Server Hoping
* Basic base building

Right now, there is absolutely no point at all in leaving Balota.

I do hope they have proper trade areas down the line. Have AI bots shoot anyone who fires a bullet in trade area, Also be great if they could have a proper trading interface!!

30-40 newbie spawns doesn't count!! The last but one picture (above), you've clearly "planted evidence" and dropped an M4 next to the body, no doubt to make it look like it was a fair fight.

Every single time I've come across a survivor in Electro or Cherno they've always been a new spawn with a bat/axe!



You can also clearly see that the guy on the left didn't have any weapon on him... The next screeny saw him with a gun next to him. Plus who has a fully kitted out gun with a small backpack and a bat?

Indeed, correct me if i'm wrong... But did DG just live on roofs on Namalsk and shoot down, some say he was too scared to come face to face!!

But then again he only kills newbie and plant weapons on them. His arguments will always be invalid. :D

All the Electro newbies have just PM'd. They're scared mate.... Real scared! They're currently frantically searching for some bats and axes...... Oh wait they've just been shot and killed.... Oh hang on, one just said an M4 has been dropped next to them and can hear screenshots being taken??!?!? Sure your not playing now?

Should have kept it in house. At least until respawning loot/zombies was fixed and zombies didn't run through buildings.

The games gotten worse in the space of a years development. There is clearly no roadmap as for some reason adding a .357 was higher priority than fixing major bugs.

Its not unplayable.. Its far from that.

A friend of mine who I got into dayz is refusing to buy it… His reason, “Its got 2 primary weapons and 2 hand guns…. No thanks”. Fair point, kind of hit home when he said that!

I’m beginning to come around to the fact that this game is going to be a long long long time in development. Even if they introduced cars it’s still going to be dull and bland. I think people could put up with various bugs, but they need some end game stuff:

* Cars
* Constructible/lockable bases
* More guns
* Trade cities
* Good buy/sell markets
* Rare items
* XP and character development

I think it is best they just hand the files out to the community and leave them mod it aka do his work for him. This way he can work on sorting game breaking bugs and add new items and buildings.

At this point ive not got £19.99 worth of game play out of it…. However I’m not gutted I’ve bought it as I’m interested in seeing what he can do with this.

Anyways, I’m outta here. Will come back in 12months…. Epoch here I come!
