It sets the default max ping to <100 so if you change it to like <200 you can join a US server and it'll be day time.
 
My GTX 680 2GB and 2600k east through this, runs very well.

The fact they haven't got anti hack working is an utter joke though.

terrain, object, clouds on normal, shadow high, texture and texture filter very high, SMAA low (or whatever aa is the one in the same category as fxaa), no other aa, no AO, 5040x1050. Runs all of the time at above 30fps+, even at lower fps being surprisingly smooth (like Crysis used to be), definitely can aim and shoot a weapon. Much better than the mode or wasteland ran for me on arma 2's engine (I believe on higher draw distance as well).

2500k@4,5ghz, 7950@1135/1600 on 3x1680x1050.
