Exactly! I loved it. Funny, gory and set at the right pace to keep it interesting, though I do wonder what'll happen for the rest of the episodes. Looking forward to the rest of it.

Yeah I watched it with the Mrs and it wasn't too bad imo. Similar comments to everyone else, better than the normal BS on T.V, well written and some good moments.

The next 4 episodes best deliver though and I think they are only 30mins long...

Superb camera work in places too... gently rocking camera and changing focus worked really well for the subject matter.

Maybe I'm immune to the shaky cam the rest of you are going on about. I thought it was well balanced.

Taped it monday eve, got round to watching lastnight

Enjoyed it, much better than I expected, buildup was about right not too long drawn out, BB setup was believable with right mix of characters, lead woman spot on not annoying or girly girly reminds me of Ripley from Alien films lol, camera work spot on, plenty of gore, loved the use of the fire extinguisher and wheelchair zombie wtf lol

Loved the 28 films and other zombie films so this hits the right spot so far, roll on ep2

ep2 was disappointing, didnt realise they were 30minuters...
Not much happened at all.. bit of a let down compared to ep1.

I enjoyed it, was actually a bit concerned when they had to run from the car to the house

omg, i love the producer and i want to know if he starts to fancy that woman hes trapped with

i also hope that black lady dies because if she lives then it will ruin the whole bitten=infected atmosphere for me...and also her voice is annoying

I'm enjoying this - though I can't help thinking that it would have been better if Mr Brooker hadn't decided to play it straight. As a cynical comedy this would have been fantastic.

i agree....its getting boring since the shows like 20 minutes. the only part i enjoyed was when the guy took like 50 dumps in the bin

I think it's been great, but I'm a sucker for zombie films of all kinds.

I do agree that more of Brooker's funny and cynical touch (ala his monday Guardian columns) would be welcome.
