Man of Honour
Never seen a steam controller so can't say, x05 is xbox controler shape/size though.
R1 on my SMX05 now requires me to press it very hard to function. I'm noticing a pattern here with mrk recommendations and faulty hardware
TMR is due to be superseded in January it seems! New tech with even lower latency, higher bit resolution, lower power draw.... More soon

If you like the DualSense I'd suggest just getting another DualSense, they're on offer for £40 at the moment. They look and feel premium and they are ridiculously responsive/accurate when overclocked on PC. What I do is test the sticks with Gamepad Tester, moving them a tiny bit in each direction then letting go, and if they have stick drift over 0.05 out of the box then they get sent straight back. I've been through a few DualSense controllers and fortunately haven't had any issues with stick drift so far, I've only had to replace them when the left stick gets worn out and gets more difficult to press L3.Hi Folks,
Apologies for a potential thread hijack but this seems to be the most appropriate place for this related question as there's a good range of experience and knowledge here.
Do any of you have any wisdom to share on which controllers are better suited to those of us with large hands? I'm currently using a Dualsense which I quite like (even though it's a tad small) but it's beginning to show the first signs of stick drift. Reading around the web it seems this is a really common fault with these particular controllers so I'm loathed to buy another one.
I've used a standard Xbox controller in the past and that was really uncomfortable to use as was a Razer Wolverine V2 that I tried. I've recently just tried an EasySMX X10 which made my hands hurt after 10 minutes of use so I'll be sending it back, was impressed by the quality of this one though considering the price.
I'd rather stay away from the so called "pro" controllers as there's no way they're worth the silly price tags.
@mrk you've clearly had a lot of experience with a wide variety of controllers - can you recommend any that would be good for someone with large hands please?
Cheers.
