More elbow pain today, but it was my weaker side (left) and this time it was when weight was being put on it directly (at the top of bench and top of dips), although it hurt most on the first rep after the unrack, so probably a fault there somewhere. Never a dull moment
Was hoping to try pin press instead of paused today, but power rack was taken, so paused it was!
