looks like a hoax to me, would be easy enough to build out of latex.

...why do it though when thousands of babies really are born like that each year?

You have read the thread, yeah?

It must be extremely hard for the parents. I don't even pretend to understand what they're going through.

I am lucky enough to have never had to experience anything near this level of heartache with my kids, they all grew up to become annoying little *****. Those poor parents will never have that privelage of being there for the first 18 years of it all, good and the bad.

I wonder, out of interest, the percentage chances of a baby being born that way?

It is a joke.

Look at the size of it. If the mother had produced that it would be her dying after half an hour. So obviously fake.

It isnt very big, you see thata called perspective in the first pic... these a small, those are far away Dougal

Is it just me or does Ocuk seem to be turning into a more tamer version of Rotten dot com these days  :(

a medical condition that effects quite a few newborn babies is being discussed. i see no issue.
the topic is clear and there are no pics when you open the page.

What an awful thing to happen for the families involved. I do find these cases extremely interesting though. Being a biologist, this sort of stuff fascinates me.

reminds me of the philedelphia experiment... dont know why, maybe its the dam right weirdness of it.

lol, two very different things. :p

I find it kind of weird at the end of the article about the father saying he has no remorse for the baby's death. Or maybe i'm just picking up on that the wrong way.

I know i shouldnt but i just cant stop laughing also.

Its a sad story cuz the baby died.

Oh and btw, im from India, and like the guy earlier said, that is exactly the sort of thing that they would worship back home.

What causes it? Is it caused by the parents genes or a mutation? What I find startling is that the people in those stories believe there is a god after whats happened to their child and say that its not their right to have an abortion even though the child is going to die anyway, bewildering.
