But it does look exactly like them. No defined head/fused to neck, bulging eyes, puffy skin. The first photo looks odd, because the baby looks massive, but in the second photo you can see how small it is. Normal baby size. Just because the medical condition exists doesn't mean that the obviously photochopped baby that looks nothing like the poor babies who are actually born with the condition is real.
