You need the AVX2 version from Sesef for your 4770 but for the other two you want...

Right-click to copy & paste the above link into a new browser tab to download the zip file, extract the 2 files and put them into the denis project folder and restart Boinc Manager to get them to start working.

If in doubt use the SSE3 version. AVX2 is only for Haswell and later Intel and possibly not xeons. This assumes you are windows based. Linux uis a lot more complex and has different optimised clients to that link.
