So according to different camera angles, namely that of officer J Kueng, Chauvin's knee wasn't on his neck, but rather on his left shoulder blade. It's also been confirmed that Hypoxia is likely to be why he couldn't breathe and one of the reasons fentynyl is so dangerous.

Yep.

One of the commentators I watch suggested the defence will go after the dealer and make him the bad guy, as making GF the bad guy wouldn’t go down well with the jury. It will be easier for the jury to accept an overdose as cause of death if GF thought he was buying heroine, but the dealer cut it with fentanyl without GF's knowledge.

The state gave them 27 million before the trial even started. Which was pretty dumb.

But apparently the family knows someone who sits on the council. So that in itself looks dodgy...

Not only that, but they timed it so it was right in the middle of jury selection. Of course, there was no ulterior motive there.

Having worked in security and with police for quite some time. I know simply having someone on their chest for an extended period can be dangerous. Having any sort of force across their torso can be very very bad and easily lead to breathing issues.

You have to be extremely vigilant with restraints where force is applied to the torso/back area pushing down on a hard surface like a concrete path etc. I'm not arguing for or against this guy but a situation like that can very easily lead to someone's death if the person is not maintained correctly in a face down restraint.

You'd think something as profound as that, which could completely obliterate the prosecutions case against DC would be all over the news considering its the only thing they have been going on about since May 2020.

Doesnt serve the narrative though does it.

It still doesn't matter what the verdict is, he'll be guilty or innocent to a significant proportion of the country and he'll simply never be safe.
