Mine has two cross braces along the back ! Also where the end's of the desk & the upright are angled at 45 degrees to meet...

Got a question - seems like a good thread for it (plus it's a precursor to posting my desk lol) - building a desk from an IKEA worktop and legs as many have done, Signum cable management thingy underneath... I wanted the Signum kit with the 3 desk grommets and the circular saw but it's unavailable online and not in stock at my nearest store. Does anyone else do a similar sort of thing or will I just have to buy them separately?

Lovely in the Summer but freezing in the Winter ! I do have central heating rad in there, its a good toe warmer

Replied to your trust mail too - but it is indeed from Ikea. I think it was from the VIKA range, but I don't have the desk any more to check. Typically, when I got rid of it recently I couldn't even give it away and had to take it to the recycle tip

The corner table looks like it's a http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/60251335/#/50251133 which is the one I have. Used to be called the VIKA range of table tops where you buy legs separately. Not sure if ranges are compatible with each in terms of dimensions, some table tops are thicker than others so may have, old VIKA tops are 34mm others are 25mm.
I too would be interested to know about the side table as cannot find it in the catalogue so wonder if ikea have stopped manufacturing it.

Added a new desk i got from IKEA
The Legs were £30 each and are 70cms high x 58 Deep and 35cms Wide and the Table Top was £25 150cms x 75cms x 3cms .
