Destiny 2

I'm enjoying Destiny 2 (like I did the first one), the content seems pretty good.

I finished the raid last week, the final boss was good but I'm not too keen on the rest as it's not very challenging, too little shooting and too much puzzle/stealth/platform sort of thing.

I didn't think I'd like PvP when they changed it to 4v4 but I actually prefer it, the maps are pretty good.
 
Loving this game. Am level 264 Hunter. Currently trying to unlock the MIDA Multi Tool. Got the Mini Tool and done the initial gunsmith challenge. But... trying to find 5 rare/legendary scout rifles to dismantle!! Have managed 3 so far but finding those remaining 2 is proving a real pain. Just had no RNG luck. Anywhere they tend to drop more often?

You should probably hold off on Mida until you hit 275. Personal preference though because you can always increase its power later but current recommendation is to hold off as long as possible. 264 seems bit low IMO.
 
Has any of you come across the handicapping of same class alts yet? I have two hunters. I want to delete my 'main' one and just run the second one as I think it looks better but I'm worried that the handicap could be a hardcoded thing and regardless of it becoming the only hunter it'll still get stumped for drops.

Will I have any issues if I kill the 'main' one off with drops. I already suspect that character is being gimped as I started the game with my character from D1 but instantly went and created another one so this is technically my second and drops with it have been suspect as it is.

Ta! I'll take the plunge tonight then. I ended up making a Titan as well anyway as seem to find that a lot more enjoyable in the crucible. The Sol Hammers are just too easy to get kills with :D

O/T is it still possible to get the Hunter perk that when you kill something with the Golden Gun it makes the victim explode. I miss it!

I won't lol, I'm going to look at profiles and see who actually has Destiny/Destiny 2 and is actively playing.. I'll remove those who are not active that way :)
 
Yeah I think the current clan could do with a clean up. We are maxed at 100 members but only around half look to be active.

I am definitely down for a Tuesday run.

We also need to get that strike sorted. Damn was that hard*! The room with the tanks... :eek: So many shielded adds everywhere! Even with burns everything is so damn tanky as well (note I was at 301 PL). If we had another minute we would have got it.

We also need to run AStaley though it as well (you dodged that *fun* last night...).

*For context it made the adds in the boss room of Calus feel like they were little puppies.

I might be on tonight for some general grinding (plus I want to test my new scout on enemies that actually die I less than 3 mags...).

I had nightmares :( when the game kept spawning me in the tank room, die, spawn, die, repeat lol

Yep I'm down for a reset run for the raid, available later for some crucible?

"Carry" :D Although by the time I run it hopefully I'll be close to 300 if not over so should make things a little less hairy.

Unfortunately I don't think I will be on early enough to raid tomorrow, so will likely have to catch another run.

I think Gimp has taken over the clan as he's now down as founder. I messaged him earlier and he's going to promote you to admin
