*** Destiny Raid & PvP discussion thread ***

Yeah my raid run was pretty good. Got a titan belt with glowing fabric and atheons epilogue legendary auto rifle with void damage and extra damage to oracles. The thing absolutely tears through vex! Should be good for upcoming raids!

Yeah I got that, 2 others got the Solar Scout Rifle. I'm just peeved its based on the crappy high RoF low damage AR.

Fingers crossed for Void/Solar damage amp on the next Weekly Nightfall Strike. Those guns will absolutely shred.

Don't fancy a quick run through at all afterwards? Fancy a level 25 Titan in the group though?

I'm tempted to join in tonight with my Warlock but I really really shouldn't!!
As with ps3udo there I'd like to do the earlier parts too for the loot.

I'm not too fussed though as I should maybe level the Warlock up once more before starting anyway...

Mind you - will I really revise at home? I've never done it before. I usually just wing it and pass anyway.
Warlock is only 26 but 1 bit of raid gear or some shards and I'll get to 27, maybe even 28 if I find a few shards beforehand.

Got some maxed out guns too and have finished it 3 times now so that should help account for the slight lower level.


I'd miss my golden gun though :-(
That thing made the warp locations a flippin breeze last night. Only about 15 seconds to clear each time as it 1 shots the hobgoblins so can get rid of all 3 instantly.

I'm checkpointed at the same point.. and I'm game.

PSN = Evil Par5n1p

Level 28.5 - 29.25 (Depends on Gauntlets), Warlock, Sunsinger or Voidwalker.. both maxed out.

7 or 8 is fine by me :)

Yep, I'm up for it. Absorbentsolid is our relic guy, I'll see if he's about. Not sure if Hachetduck will be about for this run. I'll check tonight.

If the demand is there to run the whole thing afterwards, I'm down for that. I don't really have much planned on Destiny tonight outside of doing the daily heroic anyways!

That brings us to:

I was doing the raid till Atheon with xbox_dude and evil parsnip on friday so I wouldn't mind completing it tonight about 8 if there is still space. I'm now lvl28 as well which should make things a little bit easier.

lol OK fair enough.

Unles you want to get Fez in instead and just invite me if someone drops out or is having internet trouble or some such.
I've done it 3 times this week with my Hunter so may as well let someone else get some loot before the reset.


Just note - If you invite me and I fail my exam tomorrow it's all on you guys ;)

Actually, i'll be on Shadow of Mordor anyway so just hit me up when it's going down if required and I'll jump in.
