*** Destiny Raid & PvP discussion thread ***

so completed the raid on hard.

Got shards and the speeder I've already got from doing it on easy. Meanwhile somebody else in the party got two helmets and about half the group got mytholcasts. Gutted isn't the word :(

It's a cool sparrow though. Kidding aside, after getting not much except shards/energy, I was gobsmacked when the helmet, vex gun and sparrow popped up for me!

I've seen a video of someone getting even more, two exotics, sparrow, ship, legendary weapons. Ridiculous how the random drops work, when someone can get all that and then someone only a few ascendant materials.
 
I am ready to do some Raiding... on XBO, on most weekday evening from 6pm.

Level 28 Warlock, both class maxed out.

Never done raid, been on it solo to scout the starting area, can hold my ground without issue, not sure what lies ahead apart from the control point though, so treat me like a n00b.

I'm in the same situation. On most nights from 9pm, Lvl 28 Hunter. XB1 gamer tag Auty71

no i haven't but either way i'm sure we will be able to get at least some way through. i'll have a watch of the templar fight again so i have an ok idea.

I've cleared it twice with my usual ocUK group but had to opt out this week as I've been out of the country. Hoping to squeeze in a clear tonight before the reset if we can :)

I'm happy to explain tactics as we go if you like. UltraCruiser is my brother and he's never done it before either so I'm essentially introducing him to the raid aswell.
 
Id be interested Soulja but should have my own group ready to do it this week when it refreshes. Happy to tag along if you need me.

And BTW thanks for helping us out yesterday, got all the way to the VoG, slowly but surely. Thanks also to R_Rabbit and LazyBoy for being the latejoiners when people disappeared! You guys did well with my ragtag group...
