*** Destiny Raid & PvP discussion thread ***

Kinda getting fed up of destiny now, did a crota raid the other night and didn't get FA other than a few radiant shards and no exotics but got another tireless strider and another legendary weapon which I already have and have levelled up. Same with the weekly nightfall, again nothing to shout out about.

Did one last night with wardyp and thor and was gutted to see thor got a freaking gally!!!!!! :p.

Swear to god RNG just does not and I mean does not like me, all I ever get is crappy weapons lol. What does it freaking take to get a gally??!!!?? :D

Anyhow gonna be online in a few mins, so will be up for some poe lvl 32 and 34...anyone fancy helping me get some etheric light and perhaps some decent weapons...got 4 keys...not sure if I should bother wasting them as knowing my luck, I'll get sweet FA lol.
 
35 PoE is much better with those changes, did it first time tonight, lots of co-ordination for swapping the debuff thing, but overall fairly easy, and room for a couple of mistakes. All in all the whole thing took 58minutes, and that was with a bit of downtime (maybe 5-10).

... also got my 2nd Elder Cipher!

Totally agree, having to work together as a team with the mechanics of the Skolas fight is great fun. The panic in peoples voices when the poison gets under 10 second remaining :D Drop rate for the burn primaries does seem rather low only had one and seen one other drop in about 8-9 completions, but then he seems to give out Cipher's every run.

No, we failed after 6hrs :(

We had him down to low health multiple times but then died on the 2nd round of mines on a number of occasions due to the number of adds. Funny as we had the taint in hand and the first round of mines cleared nicely.

In the end it was getting late and we were all tired so decided to leave it for the evening.

Ouch :( Guess it's just a matter of practice and getting your strategy down. I'll have another crack next week after another round of 34s + ascending :)
 
Thanks Jay for the poe lvl 34 last night, was hard work but managed to get through it. Apologies for being the weak link in the team:p. Finally got my hunter to level 34 and did buy the hand cannon from Variks as well so just need to level that up in the next few days.

Always around for some 32, 34 poe so feel free to invite me anyone.

Looking to do a raid at some point this weekend so ill start with Sunday 8pm with a Crota raid...hoping that this time I get a gally or something half decent lol.

So Sunday 8pm start, Crota raid:
