That was quite fun last night. The highlight was everyone shouting "SHIELD" in the centre and getting blown to smithereens. No idea what happened but in the silence I was finding it hard not to snigger! Also twinkle toe's magic triple jump every time he fell of a cliff was really quite impressive. Unfortunately the magic (or luck) left him eventually! The leader was great but for some reason kept insisting on running the opposite direction in the gorgons maze! Whats that about ? lol

There's definitely no space for passengers on this raid now. We got Atheon down as well which I'll be honest, I didn't think was going to happen after the first few goes lol.Japheth105
Last nights hard raid...
How many of these did we get then, at least half from what i saw.
Teleported with detainment shield -instant wipe
Only 2 teleported -instant wipe
Entire team teleported -instant wipe
Succumbing to Oracles even after the last one is Destroyed -instant wipe
No Time's Vengence buff after destroying last Oracle -highly probable wipe
Atheon unfreezing before Oracles are destroyed -highly probable wipe
Praetorian regenerating health after/or right before being killed -highly probable wipe
Splash damage/Supplicant damage coming through Relic Bubble -highly probable wipe
"Teleporting" but not actually ending up in Atheon's room -could cause a wipe
We had atheon running round early, martins containment teleport, the stargates broke and guys were just running back and forth hoping to go through, magic regen health bars and of course, duck falling asleep and a couple of times atheon teleported people to orbit.
Good job bungie, stop people pushing atheon off, great priorities there. Force people to do it the buggy, randomly impossible way.
Also realised how little point there is in doing the raid on hard once you hit level 30 and have a mythoclast. So much time spent with no reward for it.

Sorry for the no show last night guys, things got out of hand and prevented me from playing at all last night! Gutted to have missed it, but I'm now on holiday for 2 weeks so will be free during the week if anyone wants/needs to run the raid at all!

The Atheon fight is ridiculously broken and buggy right now, I'm not surprised all people wanted to do was push him off and be done with it. Making the teleports random has really highlighted all the other stuff wrong with it.
He's not even that hard to kill, it's just random crap happening all the time! We took a good chunk of his health off with just 2-3 of us shooting at him with times vengeance on. I think we'd have him down in 3 good portal runs.
I'm happy to resume today if everyone else is on and willing!

Yeah we found the same - I think we are going to try the tracking rockets with grenade approach and hope we can do it in 2 sweeps - its the portals and all their bugs that really cause the uncertainty. That new cheese method is just way too random to replicate easily...
