Detailed my car at lunchtime. What do you think.

Ah, so we are going to dive into semantics?

*shrugs* I was only explaining why I used the term bullying in my post.

The two terms are generally considered to be interchangeable.

I hardly think the treatment of "detailers" on this site amounts to bullying, cyberbullying or indeed "being picked on"

I think that honour is reserved for Fox:D:p

I reap what I sow :p

What's all this use of the word "reap" now, it's just a posh harvest. If anybody wants to spend 8 hours a day harvesting their crop and calling it reaping, well, they're a loser if you ask me!

Except the Grim Reaper, of course, he can call it anything he likes... Sir!

:D:p

To those saying you should use the car not just clean it... why not both!

I've had mine portercabled, yes it's a 15 y/o clio but I liked the results.

You could also say my car gets fully used - in track time/airfield days/nurburgring etc...

and I also do a lot of mechanical work on it too to keep it tip top (replacement gearboxes/clutch etc...) as well as a full drivetrain overhaul (driveshafts, hubs, steering rack, wishbones, subframe, shocks, springs etc...

whats wrong with having an all round interest :p Am I not allowed to detail my car?

On a related note to that ^ my car is so clean that everyone comments on its cleanliness, good compliments every time and passengers feel much better when riding in a clean car the same as I would if I were being driven by someone who looked after their car.
