ok this is probably a silly question :D but all games ive played on the ps3 need space on the HDD for saved games uhmm doesnt the 360 need this as well? What do core users do?

Again apologies if the answer is glaringly obvious

I think the 360 owners fall into 5 categories:

1) 64Mb card owners (always been an optional purchase, that I guiess was aimed at the old "Core" owners. Your save games, DLC and Live profile are stored on here.

2) 256mb card owners (optional purchase for old users, but comes bundled with the current "Arcade" SKU)

3) 20gb HDD owners (Standard for all Premium/Pro models sold and optional if you had Core/Arcade)

4) 120gb HDD owners (Standard for all Elite consoles and optional for the rest).

5) People with no HDD or memory card (aka the fools not getting the best usage off their consoles :) )

Shock horror I thought this thread might be about DMC 4. I have my preorder placed for the lovely cheap limited edition and I'm looking forward to my first foray into the DMC universe (where apparently everyone has white hair) :D

It wouldn't happen if people used the ignore feature. Wyrdo and I are sworn enemies but when was the last time you saw us have an argument on here. We both make good use of the ignore feature. Or anti nothern monkey feature as I call it. ;)

If you have someone on ignore and see a quoted posted just remind yourself why you put them on ignore and move on. :)

Indeed, he knows I have him on ignore but is still trying to argue with me, futile really, and I never argue with anyone in this thread, was quite a good debate i thought, makes the forums work surely people sharing opinions? I see no personal attacks (until the finger pointer arrived), no insults, whats the problem really, who can tell :)

Shame the quote feature does not work with the ignore really :)
 
I forgot you could just simply add another HDD to the PS3, in that case ignore my previous post :)

I was taking it under the assumption that you're stuck with a 40GB HDD as that would take the **** if more games did this meaning you'd have to keep uninstall/reinstalling when you swap games.
