Devil May Cry Official Thread

Until you run out of room and are faced with paying to upgrade and the hassle that comes with that, or remove games just to play another game, wonderful really I think :)

I doubt many people will have that many games to install anyway to be frank. The amount of data games store on the HDD varies. from say 100mb up to 4GB i have seen.

Anyway, hardly any people will have about 50 games at a time.

And saying the xbox is easy to have a bigger hard drive is weird, you have to pay £120 just for a bigger hard drive, is that worth it just being able to clip it in no hassle? I think i'd rather pay half, get more space and have a little fun swapping the HDD out.

Always one to see negatives aye! ;)

Downloaded the demo last night and had a go on it, Quite impressed with it, the graphics are good, the atmosphere is good, the controls are a bit strange, when compared to other titles, not using right trigger for firing/fighting is a bit weird. The main problem was though, it all seems quite linear, you seemed to always follow a set route, which was fairly obvious.
In this age of games, there should be the freedom to do the level/game how you want, not follow it from point A to B to C, I want to go via Z to complete the level.

Though saying that, it was only a demo, the main game may be different :)

Maybe a rental, not a purchase though.

My site says:

"We have been informed that we will receive Devil May Cry 4 Ps3 Thursday, we will dispatch as soon as arrived."

Disappointed, although it gives me an extra day on Burnout Paradise or play DMC3 (I am sure I will not get round to doing either in *** end!!)

Mine's still showing as a despatch date of today or tomorrow. I've got plenty to do though so it'd only distract me :p

"official" (cough) threads are always a joke. There should be rules about not posting when your order was dispatched because no one really cares, and it means that you have to trawl through 8 pages of rubbish before finding out any snippets about the game. That, or only have an "official" game thread AFTER it's on general sale.

Yes I realise the irony of this post.

And what makes this the "official" thread? Does it give you a boner to put "official" in the title?

And yes, I am clearly uppity and jealous because my copy hasn't been dispatched yet lol
