It's the first bit of computer game related clothing I have got (except for a really old Tekken 3 t-shirt I won). I hope this is not the start of a slippery slope.!!!

hmmm, was going to pre-order this but my monies said 'no!' so might go in and trade my Halo LE and a few other games in for it later today.

This game is a serious yawn fest
Very pretty in places but it's just nothing new. I hadn't played a DMC since 1 before this so thought it would have changed a lot since then (I did really enjoy 1 by the way) but no, it's exactly the same with fancy visuals
Except this time the camera is so frustrating, constantly flipping to a new angle which means the controls go funny.
It's too easy as well
Haven't completed it yet, but doubt I'll play it again

Almost the exact same feelings as me, it's just an uninspiring game that's very pretty.
I have no doubt it's me not seeing it rather than everyone seeing something that's not there, but like I say, it didn't jump out at me. Will go have another look at the 360 demo.

Well just finished it on Human and I loved it.
The first boss was very very pretty.
It's dull on normal, I can't imagine how dull easy mode is.

The game had no reputation, DMC2 and DMC3 were both poor compared to DMC and I only really saw average comments in regards to DMC4. The asian games developers are very hit and miss at the moment with what they are releasing, far more miss than hit too.
The only game out of the East for the PS3 or Xbox360 that I think's any good is Dead Rising. Graphically their techniques are very outdated, there was quite a revealing interview with a sound engineer on Silent Hill.

Well I've never played DMC, or Ninja Gaiden or any game like this really. I found it challenging, Dante was an absolute bitch, then the rest of the game I found really easy.

I'm finding it visually stunning, love the music and the style, can't really comment on the actual game as I'm only on Mission 4 or so, but what I have played I've enjoyed.

I wouldn't say the graphics are amazing but I think the style makes it.
I've never played a DMC game before though which probably helps. I don't see it becoming one of the best games I've played in the past year, but I've enjoyed it so far. I'll probably just play it a bit at a time so it doesn't get tedious.
It's not a patch on Ninja Gaiden though, and keeps giving me an urge to go back to NG
