Dexter

I'd like Dexter to come to an end as I don't want to end up not liking it any more. It's still great but it's starting to lose it's excellence. I feel the way Harry is in the show now it's too much, he's encroaching into the real world stupidly.

At least with Breaking Bad I never know how long Walt and Jesse can keep getting away with what they do (and they're not going to forever as those who watch it will know), but with Dexter I just know he'll walk away smelling of roses every season.

Nice to have Dexter back actually, I invested a lot of time watching / re watching seasons 1-5 so it feels like seeing an old friend haha :)
 
I wish that very first scene they showed us in Episode 1 was really the end of this Season and Dexter gets stabbed and is in a lot of trouble but we all know that didnt happen but i do think that would have made the show really exciting and to know that something bad is going to happen to him
 
looks like Dexter series six could be the last, Micheal C Hall wants $24 million for two more series and they are only prepared to give him $20m! Must be a hard life.

Dexter really needs to be found out by someone close to him again like in season 2, thats really the best thing about the show, the possibility he might get caught, it's been too easy for him most of the time.
 
I really enjoyed season one and two, think the other seasons have been good. Especially the season with John Lithgow in it, but I don't think they were as good as the first two.
 
I tried to like Dexter, I really tried. I enjoy Michael C. Hall as an actor and I have an interest in serial killers but I just found the series a bit rubbish. I just couldn't get on with the incidental music and the monologues. It felt like desperate house wives.

Getting bored of this now. Seasons 1/2 and 4 are some of the best TV I've ever seen

5 was **** and 6 isn't shaping up to be much more. The series holds NO interesting links whatever to the previous seasons (aside from his Son) and is episode by episode him stabbing a new body through the heart on his table.

What has happened to DEXTER!?
 
season 4 finale had my jaw on the floor for a week! and the romance scenes with the sister and the old guy was utterly revolting!
 
im going to put it out there,

*spoiler for season 6 if you haven't started watching it*

after the newest episode i believe the new intern will stumble upon dexters connection with the ice truck killer + have some part in tightening the noose on dexter or is the copycat tooth fairy whilst dexter stumbles onto the newest serial killer by accident whilst following the tooth fairy leads.
