Very impressed at the speed of the rma service with DGM, not so impressed I've had to pay £8 shipping to send it back, they said they wouldn't cover that. But at least hopefully I'll have a working monitor again as of tomorrow.
How old was it?

I've got two of these. The power brick on my 17 month old one became faulty yesterday and caused a dodgy image on the screen.
I'd have no idea it was the power brick if I didn't have a spare monitor to test it on as it was the panel that was all messed up.
I raised a ticket with OcUK and they said the fastest way to get it replaced would be to contact DGM direct so I did.
Called the number (not a free number unfortunately) and got straight through, no being put on hold. Was emailed and RMA form, completed it and emailed it back, was sent an RMA address.
I posted it 1st Class recorded at 4.30pm last night catching the last post. Received a DPD email half an hour ago saying I have a package on the way - hopefully it's a new power brick!

I've read that this monitor can't be OC'ed. Thats ok this monitoris so awesome I can live 60hz.
Yeah, just bit of a shame that they
a) Couldn't have just sent a replacement power supply out free of charge seeing as it's obvious that was the part at fault
or
b) Covered the cost of shipping it back if they wanted it back that badly.
I'm under the impression that they'd arrange their own courier collection if it was the entire monitor that had failed (according to TNA's post)
I'd have done that if I hadn't wall mounted it, but there's no way I'm going through the hassle of taking it down and removing the back panel again to send the whole thing back just to save £8. A bit too risky in case I damage it.
Playing FPS on a 60hz monitor hurts. You need 120 or 144hz to play FPS games on PC

Agree. My power brick gets super hot. I turn off monitor when not use PC. It seems to help.
Not a bad idea at all!
When the monitors not in use, i'll be switching it off from the mains once the replacement Psu arrives.
I wouldn't unplug it, i'd flick the switch at the socket. Does the green led still remain lit up on the Psu once the monitors switched off? I can't remember.
Anyone know if these are coming on offer soon ready for Xmas?
Psu just blew on mine can they be replaced. It was a b grade unit so no warranties
