Just wanted to add I've now had a full refund for the DGM I sent back. No shipping fees, No quibbles, no hassle. Have to say, great service from ocuk here.

+1I would also like to add ocuk sent me a replacement without problems, its all to easy to just moan about bad service but I think a bit of praise should not go amiss so well done ocuk for great after sales support
My power brick blew two hours after set up - DGM customer service are non existent. Shame as the monitor looked amazing for the short time I had it
Why on earth would you contact DGM? These are warranted by OCUK, just give them a call and they'll sort it out.

This is annoying. I contacted OcUK via the forum customer support and Bailey is saying that as it is over 28 days, I have to contact DGM.
It has been mentioned many times in this thread that the warranty is with OcUK. Yet Bailey is adamant and saying "Its a 3 year return to base which means it leaves your house to the base of origin which is through DGM direct".
Nothing personal, but I even titled the thread "FAO: 5UB" which is the only way I ever get help when things go wrong from things I buy here.
I replied to him showing him this link. Hope it helps. If not then I have had it with OcUK. Don't like customer support trying to fob me off. One really needs to try hard to get anywhere here
Gibbo, sub £300 a possibility?
I am not Fobbing you off
I have explained we can RMA it for you but as its not classed as DOA ( over 28 days old ) we would send it back to DGM for repair / replacement providing the item is faulty.
And that now DGM offer a direct service so you can go direct as it may speed up the process.
I have just informed you of your options
Bailey
