**DGM 27" LED IPS 2560x1440 ONLY £319.99 Inc. VAT (PRE-ORDER PRICE ONLY)!!**

Just wanted to add I've now had a full refund for the DGM I sent back. No shipping fees, No quibbles, no hassle. Have to say, great service from ocuk here.

I would also like to add ocuk sent me a replacement without problems, its all to easy to just moan about bad service but I think a bit of praise should not go amiss so well done ocuk for great after sales support

+1
I got a swift refund from OcUK on my 27" Hazro last year when it died after 3 weeks. I spent the money on a DGM as a replacement. That only lasted a few months but once again, OcUK were quick to arrange collection and a subsequent replacement.

If this one dies then I might decide to call it a day on cheap IPS panels and treat myself to a Dell.

I'm very happy with mine, except the power brick buzzes. (Have to say it would be overkill if you just wanted to do browsing and word processing - my trusty old 24" 1920x1200 is just fine for this, though the PQ is nothing like as good as this 27".)

Shame I have to send the whole monitor back for just a faulty PSU - but not sure if the PSU might be buzzing because of a fault in the monitor itself???

cheers, Martin

Ask and you shall receive - looks like DGM may be able to replace just the power brick.

Will give them a call tomorrow to check that out.

cheers, Martin

Why on earth would you contact DGM? These are warranted by OCUK, just give them a call and they'll sort it out.

This is annoying. I contacted OcUK via the forum customer support and Bailey is saying that as it is over 28 days, I have to contact DGM.

It has been mentioned many times in this thread that the warranty is with OcUK. Yet Bailey is adamant and saying "Its a 3 year return to base which means it leaves your house to the base of origin which is through DGM direct".

Nothing personal, but I even titled the thread "FAO: 5UB" which is the only way I ever get help when things go wrong from things I buy here.

I replied to him showing him this link. Hope it helps. If not then I have had it with OcUK. Don't like customer support trying to fob me off. One really needs to try hard to get anywhere here :(

I am not Fobbing you off

I have explained we can RMA it for you but as its not classed as DOA ( over 28 days old ) we would send it back to DGM for repair / replacement providing the item is faulty.

And that now DGM offer a direct service so you can go direct as it may speed up the process.

I have just informed you of your options

Bailey

When these monitors came up for sale at ocuk Gibbo gave everyone the info that made this such an amazing deal...exclusive ocuksupport & no rma to dgm so this is ging back on what people were lead to believe.. A full 3 year exclusive support from ocuk not DGM an its very misleading as people that had the good old 24" VA panel from them got rather annoyed at the support from DGM last time.

So can this be clarified from gibbo that the exclusive 3 year deal no long exists and if not why & we may aswell of bought one of them cheap chinese things as dealing with DGM is just like that.

Returning to OcUK is far easier and probably cheaper than returning to the manufacturer.

i have to agree with Deleted member 2277, returning a DGM product to overclockers is much easier than going directly to DGM, i personally found it impossible to contact DGM
