**DGM 27" LED IPS 2560x1440 ONLY £319.99 Inc. VAT (PRE-ORDER PRICE ONLY)!!**

I have had one of these for almost a year now, had an issue with the power brick and also the OSD occasionally pops up randomly but those issues aside I really like the monitor.
Its wall mounted so takes away the crappy and unstable base its provided with. All in all, love it!!!

I just bought one of these yesterday. It's coming today.....It says 3 years return to base here at OCUK. If in anytime I have a issue with this monitor. OCUK is going to accept it back. I will not send back to DGM.

I've saved up my money for this monitor. I am a little worried this monitor does have a high failure rate.

It'll be a cold day in hell before I ever buy something the size of a 27" monitor with only a RTB warranty ...

Effectively you are committing to keeping all the packaging for 3 years and being without the monitor for an indeterminate period of time while it gets fixed ...

That's the reason why I bought it. These monitors are exactly the same as the ones on fleebay, but the ones there only have 1 year warranty while OCUK give 3 years. These monitor are cheap for a reason. They are known to break down. I think it's worth it. If I have any issues within those 3 years OCUK will either fix it or replace. I think that's a good trade off for a super cheap Korean 1440p monitor. Good luck trying to find that deal elsewhere.

 should have had mine for £30 more!!

I understand the attraction, but for no more than £100 more, and often less than that, you can get a monitor that doesn't tend to fail frequently and comes with a 3 year on-site warranty ...

I'm sure you will be happy with your purchase and I can understand not wanting to save up an additional £100, it would severely irritate me having to keep the box around for 3 years though ...

I keep the boxes for everything. That's not a issue with me:)

Just got my DGM 30 mins ago and WOW!!! IT LOOKS AMAZING!

No dead pixels and little to no light bleed. I really can't see any really. The blacks are very black. The glossy screen isn't overly glossy either. It's just right. Very happy so far. Played a little batman and it was very clean and just WOW!!

I would like to OC the monitor a little. What can I do to OC this DGM? I have no idea how? If I can't 60hz will do for a amazing looking screen. After see this I wont go back to 1080p.

Well impressed so far:D

I now use an Iiyama 27" 120hz as I found that I could never get the colours right on the Asus although the lightboost was nice and so was the stand. The DGM has sat in my loft since last year untouched but one of these day I will get it down and use it when I stop playing FPS games :D

Yes, playing FPS on a 60hz monitor hurts. You need 120 or 144hz to play FPS games on PC

I only play 1 FPS and that's Battlefield, but I don't play it on PC. Going to play BF4 on Xbox One. Only sidescrollers, 3rd person or Racing I play on PC. 60hz is fine for those games.

Well, let me update you all with the experience I have had thus far.

On the 24th October Bailey responded to my RMA request (see my previous post in this thread) and I contacted DGM. Initially no one was answering the number, but later on that day someone picked up.

I was sent an email containing an attachment of a RMA form which I promptly filled out and sent. Surprisingly it was arranged for the monitor to be picked up the next day at DGM's expense.

I received an email about a week later saying no faults where found and if in futrher inspection nothing can be found they would send it back to me. I replied by going into detail about all three of the problems the monitor had. On the 4th of November I received an email saying the the unit was repaired and when would it be a suitable time for them to return it.

The monitor was then returned back on the 6th of November. To my shock, the main issue I had with the monitor was still present! Not to mention they forgot to send back the stand, so I can't even use it unless I buy a mount for it myself.

I contacted them back on the same day explaining the situation. It has now been 5 days and I have not had a response from them. Kind of strange considering every other email was responded to within 24 hours.

Now I am stuck with a faulty unit without a stand and I am worse off than where I started. I still have hope DGM will come through, but if I do not hear back from them by the end of the week, I will be contacting OcUK again, as this is unacceptable :(.

Not good news, i bought one of these from ocuk last year, reason i got the dgm was the 3 year warranty that ocuk said they would deal with, not sending it back to dgm.

I've got two of these. The power brick on my 17 month old one became faulty yesterday and caused a dodgy image on the screen.

I'd have no idea it was the power brick if I didn't have a spare monitor to test it on as it was the panel that was all messed up.

I raised a ticket with OcUK and they said the fastest way to get it replaced would be to contact DGM direct so I did.

Called the number (not a free number unfortunately) and got straight through, no being put on hold. Was emailed and RMA form, completed it and emailed it back, was sent an RMA address.

I posted it 1st Class recorded at 4.30pm last night catching the last post. Received a DPD email half an hour ago saying I have a package on the way - hopefully it's a new power brick!

Very impressed at the speed of the rma service with DGM, not so impressed I've had to pay £8 shipping to send it back, they said they wouldn't cover that. But at least hopefully I'll have a working monitor again as of tomorrow.
