Diablo 3 (Console versions)

Also which one of you guys died to some creature with scythe like hands. It teleported in to my game and hunted my ass down until it nailed me lol! I nearly defeated it as well, was down to 15% health which was annoying!

I've only seen 2 nemesis monsters and both looked the same. 1 was really hard, the other really easy.

Had the day off yesterday and couldn't stop playing. Was meant to be doing other things.

Already have a Wizard approaching 50, and my Hardcore Crusader in the late 30's.

Got loads of people on my friends list now playing it so never know who to join! lol.
I think I'll use my level 16 Monk to join others

One thing that is REALLY annoying me is that it is too easy to accidentally buy something in the store by pressing the x button. There should be another little popup asking if you are sure that you want to buy something, because I have mistakenly bought about three items now, wasting a few thousand of my gold!

I know I need to "get used to it", but still, it's a very easy mistake to make... :p

Was hoping to pick this up on XB1 ... but ...
Are they seriously charging full whack for a re-release of a 3 year old game?

And the expansion which was released on PC not that long ago at full retail (albeit PC retail price which is cheaper).

I definitely wouldn't pay the £59.99 that Playstation are charging on the store, but for £40 it's a good investment for the amount of hours you could get out of it.

So I'm getting achievements again!

Most of the challenges and achievements I got from the first release don't carry over.

Weird getting achievements for crafting 5/25/100 items with my Level 60 characters, making bigger gems.

Bought this purely to play with a mate that I meet up with once a week. Stuck over three hours into it last night and love it already!

Maybe I've been living under a rock but I've never really played RPGs before but the whole levelling up and getting stuff for my character has me hooked! Played on easiest difficulty to get us started but I think we'll need to up it at least one level next session.

I just fired it up to do clear out my inventory and work out how to turn the stupid hound off from the Infernal Pauldrons DLC. Going to be hard to resist not going back to it before next week :p

Getting this today and dont know what class to go with!

Played last year on ps3 normal with witch doc but want to start a fresh on hard

Any favourites?

First decide if you want a melee or ranged class.

Melee I'd go for a Monk or the Crusader, ranged I'd say Demon Hunter or Wizard as the WitchD I found to be less involved.

Zookeeper Witch Doctor is like playing Pokemon... let them do the fighting whilst you run around collecting all the good stuff.

I am thinking either crusader or demon hunter now then :)

What would make the crusdaer a better choice than barbarian then?

Would demon hunter have trouble in solo play?

Thanks :)

At the moment the Crusader has really good survivability and a good mix of skils, although it only starts to shine at higher lvls.

The Demon Hunter is fine for solo play, as with most classes you'd spec as you want to play ie all out dps or kiting/survival.

Oh no dont say that :D just started and thought he seemed cool!

I linked my battle.net account but havent recieved any ingame gift etc?

I thought he was alright at first, but got boring quickly, having lots of fun with DH and Wizard though :D the Barbarian is awesome as well.

You get it in your stash box once linked.

Come on man just choose the character you want to play and get playing...I never understand all this "start with the best build" stuff, it takes so much fun out of the game. All characters are designed so that they can beat the game, so just explore and have fun! :)

PS, no-one else had this issue of buying things by mistake? :p

Nope can't say I have must be you :)

TBH though money doesn't appear to be a problem, I've played each night since release, bought what I needed with gems etc and still have 4,500,000 left so a few thousand wouldn't be an issue really.

:o
