if you were offline you could just use mods that replace files and let you have whatever skin you want for free too

You wouldn't steal a car, how dare you steal microtransactions from under the devs table

Finally managed to do WT4 capstone at 62. Did panic and start spamming any spells and pots at the end, took around 6 to 8 tries on last boss.
Straight away got an ancestral unique staff but is for fire build. Not sure if to respec away from lightning as it melts through crowds and has good control, just tends to be a bit slow on single target.
 
Has anybody had anything actually decent drop from nightmare dungeons? Everything I get seems to be a good few levels below me. Really disappointed in the loot from them so far. Maybe just bad rng I guess but I get much better drops from everything else.

But if pushing nightmare dungeons is going to be the endgame they really need to up the rewards. At the moment I just cba with them as they're a bit, well, boring.
 
So for anyone who wants to run Sorcerer, this is the build I'm running. I levelled a fair amount of the way with a Frost build, but it's rather slow and this "Icetricity" build is much faster and clears packs by freezing them - which makes them vulnerable - applying burn and then whacking them with Charged bolts which simply *nukes* groups in no time at all.

The main build is:

5/5 Arc Lash + Enhanced + Glinting
5/5 Charged Bolts + Enhanced + Greater
1/5 Flame Shield + Enhanced + Shimmering
1/5 Teleport + Enhanced + Shimmering
1/5 Frost Nova + Enhanced + Mystical

Your Ultimate is Unstable Currents + Prime + Supreme

You want 1/5 Firebolt for the first Enchantment and Arc Lash for the Second - this adds burn damage to your attacks and an AoE stun when you use a cooldown.

You then want to add in 1 Static Discharge and 3 Shocking Impact, followed by filling out the Coursing Currents tree making sure you 3/3 Convulsions.

*Important* This build really needs the Helm Ability "Frost Nova gains an additional charge...." to function. Without it, it's really not as good, but with it, it's amazing.

Other recommended abilities:
"Your casts of Charged Bolt have a 15% chance to be attracted to enemies and last 300% longer"
"You deal 51% more damage to immobilized, stunned or frozen enemies" - you will always be triggering this.
"When you freeze an enemy there is a 27% chance they become vulnerable for 3 seconds".

I was running a flurry build up til level 32 then I started to struggle a bit. I respecced to twisted blades and I'm putting out way more damage now. Just need to be way more mobile.

Enjoying it a little too much.

I never had any queue for login this evening either. I wonder if it's linked to World Tier ? ( I'm on WT3 and I'd wager most are on WT1 )

I've had several uniques drop from them, including one this evening that enhances my ice sorc build significantly ( frozen enemies that die have a 15% chance to trigger frost nova ). I've found the higher tier nightmare dungeons appear to drop a better quality & quantity of loot. But as usual, there is RNG ... so sometimes it doesn't work out, and on another run I end up with a dozen legendaries. It can get a bit wearing running Nightmare ( or Ancestral ) dungeons constantly, but I break it up by doing helltide events, grinding reknown points and doing mini events for Tree of Whispers caches. Only thing I've not dabbled with is PvP but I've scouted out the zone fully.

I'm also finding having a plan for how I want to fill out my paragon boards is keeping me motivated for running nightmare dungeons. Getting those glyphs to lvl 15+ so they have an influence radius of 3 can really boost your character's power.

My goodness this game is amazing. I say I'm getting off it, but just one more quest before I gotta get my butt to bed and 2 hours later I'm still playing this. So addictive, great fun tonight with clan members doing some tricky bosses solo starting on WT2. Lvl35 so far and im still not off Act 1, I have a serious area completionist problem :)

Used some of those purple things at the vendor and got myself a ridiculous legendary focus for my Sorcerer. Nice when you get a bit of luck. I keep getting sidetracked on side quests. Level 34 now and only done one of the act 2 campaign quests so far. Don't think I've been to bed before 01:00 since Friday, pretty addictive to say the least!

Was ripping it up before heading to work and now the electricity has gone out!!!!

must have my fix before work for up at 5 to 5 on purpose!!
 
Logged in at 6am today and had no issues with connecting or invisible walls going between areas.

Done a stronghold and down to 1 more area to get the renowned where I need to move to WT3 to continue on with

started to struggle with strongholds so decided to follow a build and managed to clear the boss
