** Diablo 4 Thread **

Just got to WT3 after doing the cathedral, ended up running it with a druid at 47 but we made it through without any issues.

What's best to start on once In WT3? I've done some cellers and dungeons for the whisper but thats it so far
I'd recommend completing renown for each area so you can get all the extra skill & paragon points that will help flesh out your character. WT3 ( sacred ) gear will drop regardless of which activity yopu choose to do. As for XP gain, I find Helltide events and running normal or nightmare dungeons to be the best route.

Wondering if anyone can help with this build.

I'm following this and it says 58 points on the skill tree which I have.

If I follow this I have no points left for the enchantment slots\items (Ball Lightening and Fire bolt), the only way I can do this is if I take 2 from fire shield.

Am I missing something here?

Cheers, ill give this a try

Selling some items after each run instead of salvaging everything did the trick for me.
Other thing to be aware of is there appears to be a cap on some of the rarer materials ( ? 999 ) so don't salvage everything if you're close to those limits. Pre level 50 I'd suggest salvaging almost everything, but once you've finished the camapaign and moved onto WT3 then start selling at least 50% of the time to keep the cash flow going. Re-rolling stats and imprinting can suck up a lot of gold.

Yes the guide tells you at later levels and stat caps you switch some skills out, both are ones you choose later.

If you have an item that adds an extra skill point to a certain skill that is already maxed out (so it’s 6/5) is that skill stronger or is it a waste?

tempted to purchase, never played the first 2, somewhat enjoyed Diablo 3 but never got fully addicted to it

Do it! I took the plunge on Friday and played it all through the weekend, went from 0 to level 33 in 2 days just campaigning and doing side quests.

Love loot hunting too and finding specific items, its fun.

It is a spenny game though.

As a beginner what edition makes sense.

Never played Diablo. But really enjoyed playing Witcher 3 (which I almost completed before work and children took over and never managed to get back into it to finish the last few hours)

Go with the cheapest edition. The other editions give cosmetics only. You can then test the core game to see if you even like it.

doing a Necro build with Bone spear and bone splinters as my main attack and corpse explosion with corpse tendrils to compliment.

Whats best to take as a minion to compliment this? Skeletons or Golem? I've come to realise that having both these takes up too much valuable space on my spell bar imo.

Whats everyone else Necro build?

They are absolutely nothing alike though.
