Closed beta stopped on 18th Nov, so i expect next we will see is the open beta, doubt we will see another closed cycle as it was purely endgame focused

The Diablo 4 time slot at The Game Awards today starts at 12pm (noon) PST - that's 8pm UK.

Edit: Pretty much every game news website about The Game Awards 2022 states different times, and even different dates.
