Sooo, anyone managed to actually pay the new stuff? Any good?

Much of the "new stuff" is only in world tier 3 and 4 and everyone has to start a new seasonal character so it's gonna take a couple days for people to reach level 70 and do new stuff

yeh it seemed to improve as time went on the night.
This. It's going to take a while for players to break into WT3/ post lvl 50 content, where most of the nerfs and lack of content will be noticeable. The early levelling experience isn't so bad for almost any class. The battle pass is uninspiring ; looks very grindy and most of the cosmetic items are unappealing ( that's a good thing ... less FOMO ). Blizzard will claim that lots of people are playing S1, but I think most are just checking it out briefly since they've already paid for the game ( and premium battle pass ) and will likely quit after 2 weeks when they've seen enough, or want to move on to BG3.

I guess it depends what gave you your renown in the first place - dungeons and side quests got reset, so you get the renown for liliths and map exposure carried across.
I think the idea was so that any renown you'd aren't on the main was also available on the alt. Assuming you've got the renown for the alters and exploration see if they are available to unlock on the alt.
I have completed the renowned in all the areas on my main. (64 sorc)
Then on the alt you should have a couple of skill points and additional potions to claim....not logged in so can't recall the tab you need, but's it's the one that shows you the stats for the area etc.

I had a couple of instances where the game suddenly zoomed itself into the closest level... had to quickly rebind some keys to zoom out again!
so whilst they did nerf everything, They nerfed it as Season malignant are very strong & you would have been TO powerful to go back to non-seasons, Lot of streamers have now worked that out .. & having a lot of fun
personally i think going to skip this season & work on my main new nerco ready for next season. Im on WT3 at lvl 67 & just cannot quite make the capstone boss

Dont get me wrong I don't think his an idoiot as diablo player, BUT looking at random stuff like skills in open word in Hardcore is very idiotic.

I said this would probably be the case shortly after seeing the patch notes a few pages back.
I'm still not sure if it's enough to get me playing again, as it's basically just killing stuff a bit quicker once you've got the right ones.

On my Ally everything looks smaller like its zoomed out more than before.
