** Diablo 4 Thread **

:) just soloed all tormented bosses with my Rogue. Might push to 100 in the pit and call it quits for that character. I don’t fancy farming or buying triple stared items just to brick them tempering lol

Super pleased at taking down lilith

End game is a bit tedious as just doing the pit (finished glyphs) and can't solo the tormented bosses with my build currently. One of them I can't even get the health bar down under the tree. Is it bugged ?
 
got back into this, its so much better play on joypad than mouse.

is it worth doing the campaign on all characters or would i level the alts faster skipping campaign? kinda want to get all classes to max level.

Just do the campaign once ( and get all the altars of lilith unlocked ). For alts, you will level up faster by skipping the campaign.
 
Came back at the beginning of the season and put a night or so into it, then picked it up again over the last night or two. It still feels very underwhelming and lacking in a lot of areas, good for a few nights but nothing here to hook me in for any longer periods. The DLC page opened up as well and I saw the prices they are asking for which gave me a good chuckle.

I would like this to come good in the long run but they need to pick up the pace a little.
 
Quite enjoying it tbh, ball lightening sorcery is what I am going for but this tempering rng is a really stupid game design. Struggling with pit 62 atm so probably need to go lower and ramp up a few bits of gear.

When you get to 60+ you need to start stacking health. I agree masterworking sucks

Can solo a 101 pit now, its not as efficient as running a 96 in terms of time and effort, also managed to bag a team to kill lillth.

After getting to this point I have realised Sorcerers are utterly gimped to every other class going by a significant margin in terms of end game content.
 
Season 5 @ 6pm by the looks of it.

Gonna run exactly the same build as season 4 for starters :) once at endgame but fart around a lot on the way up to 100.
 
Itemization of the uniques has had a re-balance.

NERF of the barb (was required)
20-30% increase for most other classes
Necro is the new god.
New game mode.
A few carrots but mainly the stick.
Pit bosses health turned down
Pit boss damage turned down (stops the one shots)
Up chance of getting uniques.

Think this is mainly the patch for them to do take the guess work for the next expansion in October. Where the spirit born be OP for a month.
 
Did necro last season, can't decide between druid or Barb for this season - can't find any reliable info on how they will perform as there's conflicting information, although I understand rogue and necro will be strongest
 
How are Sorcs looking this Season? Only class I've not levelled to 100 but dont want to get there and find they wont scale in to the endgame. Any thoughts?
 
I was tempted to play the new expansion, just loaded up batte.net and it instantly causes my fans to go crazy and CPU temp gop very high. Returns to normal when I exit the app.

Anyone had this issue, I own the Game on Battle.net so don't really want to buy it again.

Depending on what you read SORCS have had a nice buff, chain lightening is going to be the meta build. Going ball myself as it looks cool (only reason)

I had this while downloading the new patch. Everything calmed down as soon as the download and patching was completed.
