Did anyone else get Sky for F1?

I broke and signed up to Sky. Been thinking about it for a while but the F1 coverage was the final decider. It's a shame that the BBC only got some of the races and highlights of the others as I really enjoyed their coverage and presenters last year.

It'd be interesting to see how many of the people saying 'HELL NO, NEVER' when this was first announced have now just signed up anyway, I suspect it's rather a lot of you :p

Puts hand up.

I'm weak, But me and the other half watch loads of stuff on sky now so quite pleased with it.

i said hell no im not paying for f1...

my parents get the channel for free anyway so im borrowing there account details to watch it online :P

Nah, not paying £22.50 a month just to watch F1.

If there was an option to say pay £5 a month just for the F1 channel I might consider it.

Not giving in to this, F1 is the only sport I like and its not worth £22.50 a month.

Don't think I will be watching the BBC's effort either, well may watch the live races but with them not showing the 1st 2 races thats pretty **** and don't like the idea of watching highlights.

I've really lost interest now:(

Im still 'HELL NO, NEVER'; Id frankly be embarrased if I slated the move to Sky but then ended up paying them directly/indirectly to watch it. At worst its just a poor reflection on your character; either at the original knee-jerk reaction, or the inability to stand by your convictions.

I completely blame the BBC and Government for this, Sky just had the ample pockets needed, but will be best placed to handsomely recupe that investment...

ps3ud0

Still 'HELL NO, NEVER' here.

Shame on those that have caved in. :p

I simply cant afford to spend what equates to a mortgage payment on F1 and the building I live in due to its age and other factors has a status that doesnt allow any individual dishes etc, it has one shared antenna hidden on the roof.

So, I cant afford sky f1, couldn't receive it even if I wanted too and wouldn't give murdoch a penny of my money even if the first two factors didn't exist.

Screw you murdoch, and screw you BBC for signing up to such a stupid and insulting deal.

Couple of days till the first race and people are still coming out with that? ^

Yeah, I'd love a £30 monthly mortgage payment :p
