I wanna go that high on DiRT Rally!!

Biggest jump I've ever seen this Subaru rally car going over 130mph.
He made it to the end of the stage then went to hospital the car was very low down and leaking everything.

Just took the 205 out on Finland... oh my god, it's a different beast now.

Loving the 2007 Focus too.

put long gears and go flat out in wales or finland you get jumps that big :D


pug 205 t16 is a beast now.will practice a little with it later on sweet lamb.


world record even landed a treble barrel roll during the run ;D

This game's bloody brilliant and I don't even have a wheel, just a standard xbox controller:D

Does anyone miss heavy rain, thunderstorms and thick fog on some stages?

It still looks rather good, I bet it'd look amazing in Dirt Rally.
If they ever decide to release DLC with a new country or two (especially Japan or Australia/Africa), I'll literally throw my money at them:D The only thing this game needs at this point is more stage variety and some distracting weather conditions. I love everything else and I'm already happy with the car selection.
 
redownloaded the game, had to start all over :'( Cloud didn't save my previous stuff.

Considering I haven't played in months I flew through the Mini weekly challenge, then lost a wheel on the Impreza challenge since I've never driven that course.

DG I don't know what it is with your videos but when you turn into corners you seem to be able to just snap it back straight? I do it but the arse end just kicks out and doesn't want to keep straight, how are you keep it like that? is it because you are using a wheel? or changing the car setup?
 
yes i use a wheel but i use low degrees. i use a logitech DFGT 200 degrees default settings ingame i just adjust the tourque alignment.

thats it.my cars only thing i adjust is gears.

rest is just practice.you must remember i played mainly wales over and over till perfect :D also pug 205 t16 is my main car i played with.once you can tame that all rest are not too bad.

the pug is a beast its just about balancing the revs and the back when it goes tap the brake to bring back the backend.

Realism gone out the window in that vid,takes skill no doubt but far from realistic.
 
the barrel roll is silly but the car and handling and game is pretty realistic.go check sweet lamb also check out the pug 205 t16.
 
I have the game and it is a realistic sim to me but the way you were throwing that thing around wasnt realistic to me mate.
You shouldnt be able to get away with stuff like that.

DiRTRallyGame.com is expanding and now has it’s very own forum which will be the base for all your DiRT Rally discussion! Yes, there is the official Codemasters forum and of course the Steam forum, however some people like a more personal community, which is what I hope our forum will provide.

The forum is pretty basic in features at the moment but this will soon change. As time goes on and DiRT Rally becomes ever popular we hope to increase our member base here at DiRTRallyGame.com and have a thriving community.

We hope to add more features in the near future such as groups, user rep system and personal albums, along with other unique additions. These will be added when the base forum is deemed bug free.

Nice one, but i thought codemasters said that dirt rally would not be made moddable ? great if user made tracks and cars can be added thou, cheers
 
Loving Dirt Rally. I never got into Dirt 2 and Dirt 3 after Richard Burns.

However, this looks the business and is great to drive. Loving Greece at the moment.

Its strange they did not do it when early access was released, if you watch a few seconds into the intro you see AMD Gaming Evoled.

So really they dropped a clanger, as they support the game itself.:eek:

Dirt just gets better with each update.:cool:
 
Got to say this is a fantastic game on a 360 pad but bought a T300 GTE and a set of T3PA pedals for it and it's just stellar now. Even at default wheel / ffb settings in-game with a wheel the game just comes alive.
