DiRT Rally Hits Steam Early Access

Been to my first rally today, was awesome! Got a couple of photos/videos before the POS camera died almost instantly (wasn't mine) might try to upload them later. There was quite a stoppage due to one guy having a big off down a ditch and into a tree in spectacular fashion. Highly recommend going to one if you've never been, you can get very close to the action and almost reach out and touch them in some spots - and it was free!

Not only have I no co-driver (and I can't see an option to get him back) I just did a custom stage and got random pauses (as if I'd pressed Escape) during it. Not good :(

Whered you go? Tarmac or gravel? Modern or classic?

There's something epic about hearing a Mk2 Escort blat through a forest.

Rally Day at Castle Combe is well worth a visit for anyone interested too www.rallyday.com.

I don't know what the problem is with trying to add events to League 1, everytime I do it and click "finished" it doesn't add any event and just takes me back to the page to add events.... Katina I'll make you manager and see if you can do anything with it...

if you have no co driver and your running more than stereo speakers then the voice should come from the centre speaker make sure you don't have the matrix button pressed (makes left and right channel come from the centre speaker too)

You need to set the start time in the future for the events, took me ages to figure it out. See someone has it sorted anyway though, wooo

Just bought in and waiting for Steam to download.

I wonder if the devs have any plans to include some sort of world or map editor (similar to the train sim ones) where you can import digital terrain (DEM) and mapping data then use that to construct your own courses based on real life locations?

someone was on about that yesterday on the forums. with a linked custom track editor.

would be amazing if it could be done.
