Just bought this myself and am waiting to get a wheel before i dive in. Looks like most i'll be able to afford quick will be a driving force gt.
Is there a lot of messing around to get wheel setup or is it easy?

pretty simple. pick input option.choose wheel. set up.

The dfgt is a cracking bit of kit got one myself, bought a 2nd hand one £45 in new condition.

Not looked too deep into it but found a thread on steam about it not being too good with force feedback and was mucking about to be done to get it feeling right. Was hoping it had been patched up?

Hope that made any sence! On phone ATM so not got links to what I read but people where on about having to change loads of settings both in the game and the wheels profiles to get steering and feedback right.

There was an ffb update to sort it out, so maybe that worked

most people are fine.a few whine because they dont want to put any effort into the game to find best settings.

most of mine are stock settings.

ffb is fine.

Great stuff,thx guys. Geuss I'll get hunting for a wheel then! Always wanted a wheel when I first played Colin McRae so think now at 41 I can treat myself to a new toy and experience it at last.

I'll have to give the fiesta a try after work tomorrow. Never driven it before. The pug is a hard one on that track, it spins so easily.

really impressive mate, well done! im tempted to pick this up! need to get more use out of my g27! have pCars but not played much of that so worried i may not get into this either :O

Solid runs DG, but where the heck is the 1st place, I feel disappointed. ;-)

Think I'll be outta top10 on that track soon with all the times people are setting at the moment.

wont do much faster today. tried a few runs earlier just not on the pace.2 secs down on first section

if it cools down later i will have another blast.

Still a good drive mason.

Its the heat even Dg is suffering, concentration will improve when it cools down.
