Disgusting display of Racism

If I buy my groceries from a black guy down the street, does that make it racist, as I'm being prejudice against the white business owners

I can do what I want with my money, so can they.

It's not about you buying from them, it's about them refusing to sell if you're black...not sure how you can't work out the distinction.

Actually legally company's cannot discriminate based upon race. So...:rolleyes::rolleyes:

Martin Luther King will be turning in his grave at the people today pushing racial division in the name of fighting racism.

Anyone who seperates people into racial groups and gives differential treatment based on skin colour is a racist.

Even more so that such preferential treatment never extends to non black ethnic minorities.

They can't show race impacted their decisions when hiring, there's no law saying you can't give money to a charity primarily benefiting specific cultural groups.

I dare you to actually find a law that specifically forbids this, as it clearly doesn't exist.

So why are you crying about it?
I'm not, you are struggling to understand, clearly. I don't give a hoot what stormzy does with his money. More black and mixed race students are applying because of him, that's a good thing. So why should I care when there's actual important scary stuff happening right now?

As for you, couldn't give a **** what you think either. Stop trying soo hard.

If a white or asian person applies and would be rejected due to their race, then yes that is clear cut racism under both UK law and common sense.

All this is basically 'trying to beat racism with more racism' BS.

“I look to a day when people will not be judged by the colour of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

It's not racist if a white guy funds white kids, no matter what some people say, and it's not racist if a black guy funds black kids.

And why exactly does anyone need funding for university when they get student loans already?

Why is their any need for a racially selective process in the UK?

Everyone in the UK already has equal rights in applications.

Lots of people rightfully hate preferential treatment of any race. 'Equality' doesn't mean 'Only blacks can apply'.

If someone went round with food parcels and only offered them to families of a specific ethnicity it may not be technically illegal but it would certainly be unethical and racist!

I don't need to try hard to do anything. You've already shown you're fine with offering individuals different treatment based on race. I mean I find that deplorable.

Depends on the intention though, is he doing this in the name of fairness, disproportionality of black students at Cambridge or is he purely doing it because he hates white people. He might be doing it out if the goodness of his heart to help black teenagers get better jobs.

And what exactly is stopping those black teenagers from applying to Cambridge normally along with a student loan?

Said business sells to all customers regardless of race right? What if they put up a sign saying 'black customers only', and now you get excluded (assuming you're white, if not then change the race).

If someone wants to be a private tutor, can they specify that they will only mentor white kids?
