Disgusting display of Racism

If you read it, you'll see that the only part that applies to private institutions is Part 5, which like I said, is employment law. HSBC isn't employing these students, they are giving to a charity. There is no racism here, at least legally.

Even if its allowed under the rules for charity, it is just as immoral as only serving people of a certain race.

Said business sells to all customers regardless of race right? What if they put up a sign saying 'black customers only', and now you get excluded (assuming you're white, if not then change the race).

If someone wants to be a private tutor, can they specify that they will only mentor white kids?

Doesn't really matter, at the end of the day you get what you deserve you know the natural law of the universe, what goes round comes round. So if this is the seed they're planting the fruits will show themselves later down the line.

It was an analogy, the point is that I'm not discriminating against those who haven't received my custom. I can chose who I give my money to, as I am free to do so. In the same way that HSBC isn't discriminating against white people who haven't received their money.

Incorrect. The whole act applies.

You clearly haven't read it, as a large portion of the act is discussing public sector , which is literally the opposite of what I'm talking about - so no the whole act does not apply.

That is, unless you don't understand what employment law is... Give me a chapter and section, and state how that applies to the case of a charitable donation, then I'll believe you.

“I look to a day when people will not be judged by the colour of their skin, but by the content of their character.”

Yep and as well as MLK you also had anti-racism organisations like the "COLOR BLIND SOCIETY", why was it called that you ask? because the ideal for a society where racism no longer existed was one where people didn't see each other as either white people or black people as that's what racists throughout all of history have done.

They're basically undoing decades of progress in creating a more equal (less racist) society in the name of fighting racism. I don't think people have been this aware of a persons skin colour since segregation existed in America. Thanks BLM.

Chapter 2...

Scholarships for UK students from ethnic minorities

Scholarships aimed at students with ethnic minority backgrounds are available in a number of subjects to study across universities in the UK...

Some universities and organisations refer to these scholarships as being offered to 'BME' (Black and Minority Ethnic) or 'BAME' students (Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic). For the most part, the scholarships below are for students from all ethnic minorities in the UK (unless specified otherwise) and, unlike normal Student Loans, these will never have to be repaid. Ever.

Don't worry, the transfer of wealth is legal amd well under way in this country whether you like it or not.

Also this kind of stuff really goes along nicely with providing fuel for more white supremacism.

Christ the guy is using his money for a great purpose in helping kids from his community and all people want to do is make out its racist. One minute black men aren't doing enough for black kids, now when one does its racist. Get as grip.

Racism will never die. I honestly believe it's human nature. There are people who see it for what it is and try to rise above it as I do, but the fact that a large section of society can look at blatantly racist acts like this and see them as virtuous suggests to me that it's just a big cycle that we'll never break free from.

'Festivals by and for black people' WTF?

So non whites aren't allowed to even attend?

Reminds me of all the Lunacy when Americans tried to cancel Adele for visiting a Caribbean street parade in London, and Brits had to point out that she is actually from the place where the event was hence had every right to attend.

He's not helping kids from his community. He's helping adults from all over the country.

But only if they're of his preferred race.
