so Sadiq threw Dick under the institutional racism bus - will get some votes out of that
- should have heard abbot yesterday on r4today also putting the knife in - she's a career policewomen there since the 80's unable to make reform - takes one to know one.
 
Sadiq is Labour, and the issues are too numerous to list. If anything the tories will be unhappy to see her go as they might get someone willing to try and clean up the mess.
 
It's populist for Sadiq to try and preserve his popularity by attacking Dick - when you look at all the events they have had to police
blm/extinction/european football/anti-lockdown/covid-parties
and just a few incidents of police racism/mysogony/ ... everard

still if the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill gets through that should cut their costs enabling more time for education.

If the bill goes through then there will be far less money to go around. We will need far more prisons - and probably all privatisd.
 
As a Londoner, the most amazing thing I discovered from this story is that The Abbot™ is still alive. I honestly thought it'd have mutated in to its final form of a retarded sloth by now.

Transport, housing, and crime, 3 metrics that the whole country would probably agree are performing poorly regardless of who is in charge, what do you want a mayor of one city to do?

Transport especially, central government are woefully inept at effectively investing in transport, braindead ideas like making TFL reliant on passenger revenue during a pandemic.

Edit: just seen the statement from the Met Fed and what a joke, they're all complicit, raze it and start again.

Housing is a difficult issue, because houses are now investments for captialists.

If we could build 50 million houses overnight, there would still be a shortage of affordable housing.

if we thought the police had problems - the (shipman'esque) doctor now being inevstigated for paedophilia, the recent Cambridge doctor, let alone last weeks claim of institutional racism in the nhs with handling of coloured women ... if - the public/government chooses to be triggered by them.

Of course they would come out with the statement. They don't like it that their incompetent leader got ousted and now they are worried that they might actually have to buck up a little instead of tarnishing the badge and glorifying violence on whatsapp groups.

I dont care much for Sadiq but he should have got rid of her a long time ago.

Now what if you want to be a powerful human man? complexity.

If you want to be white, be white, you want to be black, be black.
But don't come crying when your identity causes others to identify with theirs or lack therof, for every tower has a long way to fall.

Look for ways to bring people down so you can rise, everyone will be an enemy but spare them who do follow. Eyes were never mentioned.

we've got one example of this ? agree what profession has whatapp groups with their colleagues - but the incompetency is what Sadiq/Abbot/Lami/Pretti are touting -
when you see Dick in a press conference do you think incompetent idiot versus boris, truss, ... many other politicians.
 
I feel sorry for the oompa loompa's, those poor orange guys be running the chocolate factories every day and night and not a single person cares about them.

Given Cressida Dick track record it's a wonder how she got beyond the rank constable. You can look back at her career before she become commissioner for the Met and a backlog of incompantance such as her role the Charles Menzies case.
