Disgusting display of Racism

hadn't seen summary of Rafiq's upheld complaints
... This panel consisted of five members, three of whom were BAME representatives

Of the 43 complaints submitted by Rafiq, the report upheld seven complaints. These were:
Rafiq was not provided with halal food when playing junior cricket for Yorkshire.
  • Before 2010, three separate incidents of racist language being used by former players were identified. These were determined to be harassment on the grounds of race.
  • Before 2012, a former coach regularly used racist language.
  • During his second tenure at Yorkshire (2016–2018), jokes made about religion which made "individuals uncomfortable about their religious practices."
  • Between 2016 and 2018, a player made references to Rafiq's weight and fitness that amounted to bullying.
  • In August 2018, when Azeem Rafiq raised concerns of racism there was a failure by the club to follow its own policy or investigate these allegations.
  • On a number of occasions prior to 2018 the club could have done more to make Muslims more welcome within their stadiums and should have dealt better with complaints of racist or anti-social behaviour within those stadiums
so 3 racial events at similar time frame as his error, racial jokes in 2016-18, and 2 complaints that club hadn't acted, plus bullying,
I'd like to know more about the 2nd tenure complaints , to justify institutional racism claim

Meanwhile in his own country

Interesting to see him not actively complaining about these incidents.

So? Moved at 10, lived, worked, and lived in England since. Was captain of ENLAND under 19. He is English

He has a net wealth of $1-2m from.playing cricket in the UK which is institutionally racist, yet made him a millionaire.

His attempts to draw awareness to racism leading to multiple deaths and murders each year in the country he and his family were born in was zero.

I did not bother with your straw man argument. He made complaints for racism within the yorkshire cricket club, which some were upheld. The club then chose to do nothing, saying racist language is just banter. He wanted action to be taken by the club, their refusal to do so has lead the current actions.

Are there worse things happening in the world? Yes. Should we ignore the fact that yorkshire cricket club thinks racism is banter? No. I find it odd that the 2 are conflated. Solving racism in the whole world might be a step to far for one man.

So if you become a British national then you are Pakistani? Legal definitions I can find of nationality does not include anything about country of birth.
