DLSS Momentum Continues: 50 Released and Upcoming DLSS 3 Games, Over 250 DLSS Games and Creative Apps Available Now

Lol, the mental gymnastics is truly amazing.

You are suggesting that AMD and Bethesda deliberately left out Nvidia features and optimisations. Yet the reason BG3 only has FSR1 is because of AMDs fault. It couldn’t possibly be that Nvidia insisted, nope we want AMD features to look gash.

I’m not saying either are true, just pointing out the double standards.

AMD optimised and Nvidia features missing or poorly implemented = AMD plot.

Nvidia optimised and AMD features missing or poorly implemented = AMD stupid

Your posts are getting very boring now, when peoples view points don't fit with yours, it becomes a case of "mental gymnastics" etc. and the usual rubbish, how about addressing just the points rather than having to resort to the usual rhetoric and making it out to be a nvidia vs amd thing? You have been doing this throughout the starfield thread too.

So is it nvidias fault that "AMD SPONSORED" games are using FSR 1 and not 2+ then? e.g. as dicehunter mentioned assassins creed vahalla and there are plenty more of amd games where they are stuck on FSR 1, not to mention, what about the FSR 2.1 games? Is it nvidias fault that they aren't updated to 2.2?

Learn the difference between FSR 1 and FSR 2, your comparison to dlss 1 and dlss 2 is not relevant at all.

PS. where did I say about beth/amd leaving out nvidia features and optimisations? I made a statement of how "rumours" are and the "potential" chance that nvidia may not have got early access to the game in order to get the best from it, same way at the time of cp 2077 launch, AMD owners could not use RT at launch. Lets look at a more relevant example on this shall we? Ratchet and clank, ps 5 had RT yet on release, only nvidia could use RT, is that nvidias fault too then? There is also the chance that beth did not put in any or as much effort to optimise the game for nvidia hardware.... Time will tell when/if nvidia or/and game updates arrive, we have already learned that simply enabling rebar on nvidia side has brought a good improvement and nvidia have stated they will be enabling this from their side with the next driver update.

Again, it's not a big shock when companies do this, they maybe aren't in there going out of their way to completely ruin xyz but there is no doubt there is some influence happening in order to highlight xyz companies strengths.... You have said you prefer amd, that's fine but stop making out like they are the peoples champion, reality is, they aren't and you're just falling for their "good guy image" that their PR/marketing guys have portrayed.

It's mad now isn't it, how AMD people are becoming the new Nvidia shills, and I'ma AMD guy, but find this laughable that it's the new trend to shill on! Brand racism on computer hardware is at another level now, if someone dislikes something someone else has bought who really cares? And to take it to the level of quoting clickbait journos/youtubers making viral shock tactic nonsense and quoting it as gospel, or fake graphs etc... Just sad. Enjoy your own hardware.

Yeah man. I was also an AMD guy before (now just don't give a damn and buy what I fancy).

I remember before DLSS/FSR people would ask for advice on which card to buy here. The AMD card would be cheaper and perform a bit better, would get recommended but the person would still buy Nvidia (was somewhat bizarre as they even asked for advice)

Now it is more complicated I feel. Upscaling is important, RT also to a lesser extent. That changes things for me as DLSS simply is better. No ifs or buts imo.

Plus these AMD fans as you pointed out can be down right annoying at times. They don't want to be objective and see it as if you are not team red then you are the enemy. And it's like no bro, I have no teams. I just buy whatever I fancy at the time. But carry on like that and you will only sully AMD's further and make even less likely for me to go AMD in the future.

Better to beat people with facts while being pleasant imo.

Totally agree 110%! I'm like this when modifying cars, IDC who makes the engine/box/diff if it suits my requires/fits/makes the power where I want it to, it's going in, wether fabricated to fit or adapted, zero brand loyalty, I'm happy liking a bit of everything.

So basically you are admitting poor AMD performance in Cyberpunk 2077 is Nvidia/CDPR fault too? Oh,OK. But I thought it was because AMD drivers, hardware and dev relations were not very good!

But DF said on their video they didn't think so:

So DF Alex on the Nvidia is now off the AMD naughty list to the Nvidia one?:o

Bit I am still asking why the last Nvidia driver was out on the 22nd of August? Even Intel has released drivers quicker.

With a few tweaked settings it runs much better than I expected on my card. You also have a Ryzen 7 5700X like my mate with an RX6700XT has too.

We've already decided that digital foundry are now AMD shills. Lisa must have sent them a nice bonus cheque

They are now AMD shills ? Few weeks back they were Nvidia shills, Prior to that they were Microsoft shills, Few weeks before that they were Sony shills and prior to that they were Intel shills... wish people would make their mind up.

They change weekly based on how much money each company's marketing department pays them. They aren't purposely biased one way, it's all about money :p
