Do you add anything to your Weetabix?

Cold oats with water, well this is new. Sounds dreadful, I don't mind when my porridge goes lukewarm but cold? absolutely not. Or are your oats different to say rolled porridge oats?

Oats are oats. It's just the processing that varies. I slightly prefer it with ground oats, which are obviously processed differently to rolled porridge oats. I'll have a look at what I happen to be using at the moment. It was what was available when I was impulse buying in M&S a little while ago and realised that I hadn't got around to ordering another sack of ground oats...

..."M&S Food Traditional British Porridge Oats". The ingredients list is simply "oat flakes". Nothing else, just oat flakes.

Raw oats in cold water is not the same as cooked porridge left to go cold (which I think is an unappealing congealed mess). You might well still think it's dreadful (many people do) but it's not what you think it is.

Just enough cold milk to cover the Weetabix but not turn it to mush. No toppings and eat straight away so it doesn't get too soft.
Bowl should be dry at the end and have not required any milk to be spooned without Weetabix

I don't tend to eat cereals but Weetabix are quite nice but just plain with oatmilk (I gave up on cow's milk a while back, it's not all that good for you, but I'm a nutrition bore). The milk has to be ice cold though and not swimming in milk either. Need to be crunchy.

This guy gets it. Except missing the honey :p

Well I was always taught to not dismiss something before I've tried it so I'll let you know.

3 with ice cold milk unless it's a cold day when I'll nuke it for one minute forty seconds, milk must just cover them and no sugar or anything.
Sometimes I eat a banana after though :)

It depends. Are you preparing for hibernation?

No. I am not planning on hibernating..
But since you mention it, I might have a nap. :D

I usually have my 4 or 5 Weetabix + Milk, with several pieces of fruit (Orange, Apple, Pear, Grapes, or Banana.) Are the main suspects, as part of my full breakfast. But I don't snack during the day..

I think that's probably a bit too simplistic (e.g. I'm OK with dismissing having sex with my sister without trying it), but I'll generally give something a go when it comes to food and drink. The most unusual thing that approach has led me to trying recently was a fizzy pop made from peas, hay and unspecified herbs that traditionally grew in England. It was somewhat environmentally friendly, so they were using locally sourced ingredients. It tasted like fizzy grass with a hint of mint. It wasn't bad, but it was strange.

I should have specified with food and drink but thank you :)

Do you use a lot of the energy during the day? 4 to 5 plus fruit sounds like a lot but perhaps not if you have smaller meals later in the day or burn lots of energy.

For comparison I have 2 and sit at a computer all day.
