Do you add anything to your Weetabix?

I've never eaten more than two at a sitting. Not had Weetabix for ages but it was either two with ice cold milk on a hot day or two with hot milk and sugar on a cold day.
And as above I am quite happy eating supermarket own brands.

More than 2 per bowl is too much for my liking,. It becomes too thick unless you add more milk which then ends up nearly brimming both my bowls especially if you're putting chopped fruits and things in!

Sorry but that sounds like absolute bro science, and probably would have a negligible effect on anyone not doing a ketogenic diet. The only real correlation between calories and bodyfat is the quantity in the food, not much else.

Happy to be proven wrong with credible sources however.

As for Weetabix, just some oat milk and a teaspoon of sweetener. :D

There are plenty of solo sources online. First one that springs to mind: https://www.webmd.com/diet/mct-oil-health-benefits-common-uses#1

I don't need to lose any weight, but the extra energy it offers before a workout is useful. It's true that not enough gathered data exists in terms of a study as it's not been studied for very long, and like most things healthy eating related, it will obviously come down to your individual body type, metabolism, general fitness and goals etc. I use it for the extra energy benefits for a workout mostly. For me I tend to have not enough water most days so a spoon of MCT in whatever I eat that morning keeps me thirsting for water throughout the day too so I kind of have to have a cold drink.

Depends which stage of my life:
- as a kid I'd add milk, then pour spoons full of white sugar in and mash it all up
- a little older (early teens) the sugar was demerera
- as an adult I prefer honey, the best of which was from my own bees.

There is only 1 way to eat Weetabix

2 or 3 per bowl.
Cold Milk
Topping of choice, mine was sugar.
Eat quickly before it turns to mush

Anything else such as water concerns me, you're most like suffering mental difficulties :p

Strawberries today, how juicy does this look :D
Hot milk of course.

I'd like to clarify - I stopped mashing up Weetabix during my teen years. I have adopted a similar approach as @.Lethal and only pout the milk on when I am about to start. They have to have some sort of structural integrity.

Does anyone else read these threads and find it interesting to see the horrifying creative ways that other people construct their meals? :D

I mix my weetabix with other cereals, usually cornflakes and rice krispies, sometime with granola. All mixed together with warm milk.

I may need to give Feek's butter and weetabix a try.
