Do you enjoy going to sleep?

I hate going to sleep, often have a problem falling asleep too, especially when I'm looking forward to something the next day.
But when it comes to staying asleep, no problem at all, I hate getting up too :p.

Problem is I usually feel happy/exited/good at the times I should be going to sleep and don't want to end my day, and when I wake up I'm really moody and annoyed and just want to stay in bed.

EDIT:
i hate going to sleep and i hate waking up.
bed is like having bath, hate jumping in but once im in and reached optimal temp dont want to leave!
Exactly :D.

I enoy going to sleep, but for some reason I do exactly the same as you Sidewinder. I don't go to bed until my body is screaming out for it.

I do this too. Tonight was the first night in ages I've gone to bed when I've just been sleepy and not totally exhausted and I kept waking up. I felt wide awake so just decided to get up and do stuff until I'm tired again :(. I've started to wonder if waiting until I'm exhausted is some sort of subconscious thing so I get a decent nights sleep because I definitely sleep better when I do.

I love going to sleep and don’t have to wait until my body is screaming for it. Getting up is a different matter.

I love sleeping during the week. I normally fall asleep on the couch when we're watching something then toddle through to bed a few hours later. Sleep comes a lot easier on the couch than it does in bed.

At the weekend (my weekend: Friday - Saturday) I tend not to sleep. Just stay up all night drinking and talking with my friends.

I do, but if I start thinking to myself "how do you actually fall asleep, how does the body turn itself off?" then i can't get over to sleep!

I love falling asleep, one of my favoutie feelings. It's the mornings i hate. waking up is so tough sometimes that it almost hurts :(

I some times hear voices just as I'm falling asleep that wake me abck up..

also I have very strange trains of thought jsut as I am drifting off... so strange they are hard to remmeber it can go somethign like

I'm driving a car to get away from a chair, the chair is scary because is has a cherry on it that was put there by a dog thats really a telephone... the thought seems totally normal however as I wake up a split second later if I can remember the train of thought I obviously realise its totally MAD!!!

I also get the grab reflex a lot as im drifting off but I know a lot of people get that

None of this bothers me I like going to bed/sleep

There is nothing like finishing a good session down the gym, having a shower then getting into a nice clean bed.

Somehow having an exhausted body helps the movement into sleep.

The thing I don't like is when cramped and warm I get very sleepy. Bus, train, plane, meetings and uni lecturers were especially bad.

Try staying up for 48 hours and then telling me sleep is a waste of time!

Although my body feels tired after the gym, i'm normally like this  due to endorphins etc so can't sleep after the gym usually.

Love me some sleep, and I find I can sleep pretty much anywhere. Flight? Sleep from take-off until landing. On a train? Sleep and set an alarm so I don't miss my station. Best is getting into a bed with fresh sheets and just drifting off with some trash on the TV or radio. Oh man, I fancy a kip right now. I don't nap in the afternoons in my normal routine though.
