Do you power off your PC?

On the basis that I'm not rich, yes I shut down everything where possible. Our server is only scheduled to be online between 3pm to midnight each day as well for Plex serving. It will wait until low activity after midnight to shutdown in case someone is in the middle of a film.

Anyone changed their habits with the cost of living?
Yeah, I always turn my gaming rig off when not in use. Although I rarely have it booted up these days. I also turn off my work laptop when not actually working, and put it on sleep mode when having lunch.

Certainly not, my gaming PC still runs 24/7, same as it has for roughly 20yrs. Only thing that gets turned off when going out or to bed is the monitors.

While the hardware like the GPU/CPU downclocks themselves as normal all power saving features are switched off.

Only have a laptop, mostly i just close the lid but a few times a week i do ccleaner, malwarebytes and turn off or restart

Any reason for that? It seems daft to leave things powered on. Even if affordability isn't an issue it doesn't make sense.

I not only power our 2 PCs off when not in use, I unplug them from the mains when a thunderstorm is due as rural EDF is notoriously “spiky” during storms.
