Now normally i don't, but on friday i shook hands with a big strapping polish lad, lo and behold two days later im here feeling like death.

So i have come to the idea of not shaking hands anymore, sounds harsh but im sick and fedup of getting sick, just because someone cba to wash their hands.

Plus this article reminded me of it.

What do you think, impersonal or looking after ones health?

I have accepted that I will never be able to walk around in an aseptic world and therefore don't mind shaking hands.

if you shook hands more you wouldn't be so prone to the bugs around, you are only making yourself more open to the issue

Perhaps, you do have a point but getting sick kinda sucks.

Plus i do have quite a healthy immune system, but when i get sick it hits hard :(

Shedder - What's that all about, i guess it's just their little thing.

If somebody did have a bug, it's likely you would only catch it by touching your eyes, nose, mouth, so that's something to think about if you can't disinfect your hands.

Bit difficult when you're in the works car park, plus i didn't think about it i will be putting some alcohol gel in the car, just in case.

Weird!

Of course I shake hands. Do you touch door handles? Do you touch computer keyboards?
