I expected it to be him the first time the 'master' dalek/thing was shown in the first series.

Can't see it being Davros... the daleks turned on him ages ago, left him in a room to get covered in cobwebs... hehe

I don't know if you meant that as a joke but that would be my guess. Ok, maybe not a mutant version of Rose but I think it might be a mutant version of the Dalek we saw in the episode Dalek. IIRC Rose had some connection with the old bean and I think it will have something to do with that.

i doubt very much it will be Davros, would be nice to think it is, but I doubt it.

My reason for it not being him is the fact that he was killed off in one of the books after the TV Movie, he was totally atomoised.

If it's the same Dalek as in previous episodes then it's the Dalek Supreme. Sort of a head Dalek if I understand correctly.

The Supreme Dalek, yup certainly looks like him, and if thats the case then that Dalek hasn't been seen since resurrection of the Daleks, which would fit in with the void ship really nicely
